Excellent parking… Completely refurbished rooms… All the people currently working at the hotel have been there since the new ownership took over… Everybody cares about taking care of the customers… We will return next time we are in great Falls

Staying here was an amazing luxury after the difficult travel day I'd had. Everyone was kind and hospitable, had snacks and drinks available for this weary traveler, the beds were SO comfortable, and the breakfast delivered to our door in the morning was a delicious meal from as coffee shop down the street. WHAT. A. PLEASURE. I wish there were a place like this in every town. Thank you, Gibson staff!

This hotel stay felt above and beyond the “norm.” Beautiful and clean hotel, room felt so much nicer than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Huge king size bed that was very comfy. Upon check in we were offered a drink. Later delicious homemade soup and cookies were in the lobby. To top it all off: homemade delicious breakfast delivered to our room. Awesome service!

Extraordinary friendly service. So many little extras such as being offered a beverage upon check in, personalized answers to questions. Dependable transport to and from airport. All staff, especially Hannah, treated us like a friend visiting them.

The accommodations inside the hotel were great. Limited parking so we ended up across the street in a gravel lot. Generous with unlimited coffee pods, bottled water, breakfast items delivered to the room from a nearby bakery. Would have liked a couple of glasses for water or wine we brought in addition to the paper cups for coffee. No room service until a 3-day stay, which was fine, but we did ask for trash to be emptied and our bed made, which was immediately done for us. Should have asked for new coffee and cups. Excellent service with the staff. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Unique place. Great service at check in and out. Room was clean. The breakfast partnership with a local coffee cafe was really nice and delicious. The only issue was parking which all in all wasn’t a huge deal. Small parking lot so we had to park across the street in a small lot where there was activity from a local establishment. Everyone was friendly and it was clean so can’t complain.

The two men that checked us in couldn’t have been more friendly. I wish I got their names. That was a mistake on my end because they deserve some recognition. Offered me water and a glass of wine upon check in. Property was clean and quiet.

Property was nice front desk. Staff were awesome. Also, the complimentary breakfast was catered by a local coffee shop. I decided to check out the coffee shop and was surprised to find anything I ordered beverage wise was complementary as two of their lovely pastries a win-win. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great property. The staff was wonderful but the absolute best thing was the bed and the breakfast. I have NEVER slept in a more comfortable bed in my life! I enjoyed the wine when we arrived and my husband loved the complementary chili. We chose to go to the coffee shop cafe for breakfast and it was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Truly a wonderful experience.

Loved the staff and how we were taken care of. The pull out bed for our daughter was springy. The room very tastefully decorated. The access to free do it yourself laundry was awesome. Parking was limited but there were great restaurants in walking distance. We would totally stay at this boutique hotel again!

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by this property. The receptionist told us it had been open for one year after an extensive remodeling. This hotel was once a motel that had been enclosed and reroofed and completely rehabed.
We had a king bedroom and it was very nicely appointed. The reception staff was very helpful and the breakfast next day was delivered to our room. There’s a nice common area downstairs, in fact they were serving lobster bisque soup that Saturday night for anybody who was interested. We were offered a complementary glass of wine or a beer upon arrival. We were on the third floor and there was a very nice common area with a fireplace. It was nice to have a glass of wine in that room and decompress from our travels. If we are back to Great Falls, we will definitely stay here again.
We were told by friends that we should visit the Sip N Dip mermaid bar and we could actually see that establishment right around the corner from the Gibson. It was an experience for sure!
We walked to a very nice Italian restaurant called Fifth and Wine for dinner where we ate a delightful dinner. Don’t miss the C.M. Russell Museum as well. All of these places were very close to The Gibson Hotel.

We thought the decor was very boutique. Fresh and updated. Room was quiet, despite being right next door to the elevator. Loved the option to walk down to breakfast. It was delicious.

What a delight to have a warm welcome and a cold beer upon our arrival at the Gibson. Newly renovated the update made this a gem of a find. We made our way to the Sip and Dip for a drink and mermaid show as well as yummy dinner at Mighty Mo pizzeria just down the street. Location of this hotel perfect! The breakfast certificate offered for the crooked tree bakery was cherry on top of wonderful time in Great Falls.

This property and staff are excellent. The surrounding area is typical to the older towns with lack of economic opportunities. We were safe and never felt any risk to our vehicle, but the area is in need of improvement. The property and staff are a gem. Highly recommend.
