We had a great time here! There are a lot of personal touches in the house and we didn't miss a single thing. Check-in and check-out was easy, everything was clean and orderly. It's very convenient that there are a lot of supermarkets just down the road and it was easy to travel into Central London and do all the sightseeing. Thank you so much James for the lovely message and the cake!! That was such a lovely gesture!! He left us home baked cake in the fridge which was absolutely delicious.

Felt like home! So comfortable. It has everything we needed. Staff was great! They were responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen and welcome pack. They location was fantastic - so much better than expected! It was very close to the station and it was super easy to reach all of London. There are also plenty of nearby food options, markets, restaurants and supermarkets. The space was perfect for us - a family of 6 with two toddlers and two pre-teen boys. We managed just fine though. Internet connection was fast and reliable for full stay and everything worked perfectly. Thank you!

Our host James was very accommodating and offered to meet us at the property to help us check-in. The house is located very near to public transport, supermarkets and corner shops. There are 4 (!!) corner shops just across the street and a massive Asda and Tesco supermarket are just 5 minutes as well. It was very easy to travel to all the tourist sights from here. It was indeed just 8 minutes to London Bridge and I had a meeting in Canary Wharf which was super convenient as well. The house is quite small but it's purposefully designed so you have space under the beds to put your luggage or on top of the wardrobes. To have 4 separate bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms was perfect for us and appreciated the large dining table so we could all have dinner together. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless clean, the Internet was fast and we appreciated the full size kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and the generous welcome pack! We were a bit worried about noise but the windows are good and all the bedrooms but one are back facing, so we had a good night sleep every night. There are also earplugs provided just in case, but we didn't need them. If you're used to a dead quiet environment from home, then maybe this isn't the best but we enjoyed our stay here very much. We didn't miss a single thing! We would be happy to come back!

I absolutely loved this place! It's so welcoming and cozy, plenty of space for 4-5 people, fully equipped kitchen and the lovely little secret outdoor space on the first floor was a welcome surprise. It's actually quite quiet considering, and being so close to public transport my family and I could get into Central London in just like 15 minutes. The host was very responsive and friendly and once inside it's like an oasis from the outside. This place is really great!

I'd say the shower cubicles were a little on the small side. You definitely need to close the doors fully of course but considering the location and how everything else is perfect I'd say that's a small consideration.

Our stay in London was AMAZING!!👍🏽 10/10. James was always very responsive so we knew he was going to be a great host from the very beginning. When we arrived to the house, it looked great, cleaned and organised. Everything is/was as advertised in the pictures. It is a super comfortable house and felt at home the moment we walked inside. We needed something spacious enough for the seven of us to sleep comfortably and this apartment delivered 100% on all fronts. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen - it literally had everything we had at home (even a choice of coffee makers from Italian to French!) and we loved the large dining table that was specious enough to seat all of us and we spent wonderful evenings here together as a family. The Internet connection was excellent and not once we had an issue, and the beds were very comfy! So convenient as well to have 3 bathrooms - massive plus, and it's surprisingly quiet inside despite the central location, but James even provided earplugs just in case. So thoughtful!! Thank you :) The location of the flat is also excellent and is very safe and convenient. We had been to London many times before but had never explored the Lewisham area before staying in the flat. There are many places to go and explore... Hilly Fields, Blackheath, Deptford, Greenwich are a few examples. Plenty to go for drinking and eating too. We loved the little Peruvian restaurant just around the corner, and of course The Talbot Pub and the cool pubs down the road in New Cross. Absolutely loved the greenery of Lewisham! So easy as well to get into the city - it really just takes 8 minutes to London Bridge!! And so easy to just hop on a train from Lewisham Station to Charing Cross so we could just hop on a straight 15min train home after seeing a show in the West End. Such a great house, great location, great host so would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend 😀👌🏽.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London and at this property!! Check-in was super quick and easy and the property is very easy to find. Everything was nearby - lots of supermarkets, beautiful parks, cool bars and great restaurants (and food deliveries) and lots of transport options (use Citymapper!). The location is really amazing and much better actually then we initially thought. It is very safe and very close to underground and train stations, with quick and easy access to city centre, many green areas and big supermarkets nearby. The house is super private, cozy and welcoming and someone clearly takes pride in providing so many personal touches and quirky accessories. We appreciated this so much! We were 4 friends travelling together and we each had our own private bedroom and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Everything was spotless clean. The kitchen is very specious with dishwasher and washer dryer which were both very handy. It really feels like a home as the kitchen is truly fully equipped with all you need! Communication with James was super easy from the very beginning. He responded very quickly providing with all information and giving lots of tips. Would highly recommend this place for everyone who's coming to London. :)
