great place with great host

Extremely kind and supportive host, i got sick during my stay and Shehan as well as his team quickly responded to all my needs. Big thank you! I also recommend the host's restaurant. Delicious Sri Lankan food! The appartment was very clean and very comfortable, located in a quiet area of Negombo. Beach, supermarket, restaurants in walking distance. About 25mins from the airport.

New building, modern rooms, very comfortable bed with extra pillows and mosquito net. Close to the beach, but in a quite street. Welcoming host and personnel.

Close to the airport. Friendly Staff. Good breakfast.

A little bit difficult check in. Lucky to us we get help from other guest becouse the owner is normalny in another building. One bed hasn't Mosquito net.

very nice house with big rooms. huge bed with nice mosquito nets. the beach is approx. 10 min by foot but the beach is not that nice. the breakfast was very good and they made Sri Lankan breakfast for us.

The pool is nice, but really small. But there is a glass roof on top of the pool so you can use it everytime.

no hot water in the morning

Great apartments. Very convenient location, close to supermarket, go to the ocean for 5-7 minutes. Quiet safe area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Airport transfer service. The kitchen has everything you need for daily cooking. Air conditioning works well, the kitchen has a fan so that it is not hot while cooking.

Low lighting in the room. There is no shower step, so water is poured all over the floor in the bathroom. There are a lot of ants in the house, you need to somehow fight them. Bad dirty beaches in Negombo.

Apartments are located at a very convenient location. There is a supermarket as well at a walking distance. Apartment units (we looked into) in both locations were equipped with a kitchenette with all basic amenities. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Although small, the swimming pool at 88, is nice and clean.

(We did a last minute booking here. Therefore, we didn't get a chance to call early and confirm certain details. As a result, we finally ended up choosing a room at "Park Lane 88 Apartments" which is right across the lane. By the way, this gave us the option to check the options at both Park Lane 55 and Park Lane 88!) Only one car can be securely parked inside the premises of Park Lane 55. There was no parking space at 88. The swimming pool is located at 88 (not at 55!).
