Terrific property. Without a doubt, the best we have stayed in.

My family stayed here for the weekend and had an amazing time. It’s just a short and easy drive away from anything in Spokane and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill and all the space. We will definitely be back!

My wife and sons travelled to Spokane for our youngest son's graduation from an Air Force intense training program. This property was the perfect place for us to stay, cook a couple of meals, and share family time. It was also a great location to base our exploration of Spokane. Highly recommend.

Great house. Very clean.

Spacious, comfortable beds, very clean, quiet and safe location. Good for larger families…(be sure to read all the house rules as there are extra fees per night for more than two people). Hot tub was clean and well maintained, arcade games were fun as was air hockey. The trails lead to river but not fishable from where we explored. Further out of town so keep in mind driving distance but it wasn’t an issue for our activities. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

I was so fortunate to find this gem of a property! Right from the start communication with Rick was clear, quick, and accommodating. That continued for the duration of our stay as we had to reach out a time or two. The home is spacious and the backyard so quiet and serene. We saw/met many walkers and their dogs on the trail that runs by the backyard, all of them warm & friendly. The four of us who stayed there were all in our 60s and found the hot tub a delight, clean, hot, and running well. The game room was a fun diversion the fellas in our group especially enjoyed. The beds were VERY comfortable, (I am picky) as were the linens. We don't eat out much and prefer to cook so, the sizeable and fairly stocked kitchen was wonderful. All in all, we hope this place is available the next time we travel to Spokane. It was one of our best VRBO experiences and we've had more than a few!

We are looking to buy something exactly like this. Had the family from this area meet here and had a wonderful time, with the games and the hiking trails with the river/ lake so close by. Moose sightings were rumored but we did see moose droppings. Fun memories

We wanted a house with enough space for 2 couples on a fishing trip to the Spokane River, so needed property to accommodate boat parking and 2 full-size trucks. This property checked ALL the boxes and then some. Rick was a great host, responsive to all requests. Thank you for sharing your house! The house is extremely clean, very roomy, plenty of space, kitchen is well stocked, nice backyard view, comfortable beds/pillows, plenty of towels, and the hot tub was great. Grill was nice, easy to start. Quiet, safe neighborood. This may sound odd but we loved that there were plenty of towel hooks for bath, hot tub, and boating towels... Nothing hung on doors, over rails/chairs. Driveway had enough room for a 20' walleye boat (31total length boat + trailer) + 2 full size trucks with room lect to open doors normally. Never would have thought to have arcade games in a property but we had a blast playing pinball. The only missing thing of the whole weekend was dice, dominos, or cards... The Ace Hardware about 5 minutes from the house saved the day! If we take another couples getaway trip to enjoy the Spokane River, we definitely going to try & snag this property.

Had everything you needed and more. Enjoyed the trails out the back gate along the river. We had 6 adults ranging from 20-60 yrs old. Enough room and space to not feel on top of each other. Guys and teenagers enjoyed the arcade games. Beautiful part of the country. We'll be back whenever we visit our daughter in the air force for sure.

Our time here at Forestriver was nothing short of amazing! We had countless pinball contests, played dragon's lair (one of my husbands childhood favorites) and survived very aggressive air hockey games. We went to the river every evening and saw beavers at twilight, caught fish and saw magnificent birds and sunsets. What a blessing it was to come home to this lovely home and have the wilderness right outside!! We even met the neighbors (who are lovely) and we saw video of a mama moose and her 2 calves in the front yard. We never saw the moose ourselves but knowing they were here is almost magical. I have an annual trip to Spokane and I will most definitely be staying here again! Rick was kind, thoughtful and responsive in all our communications. I highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to get back!!
