Staffs are quite friendly. Well-cleaned. Next to the metro station.

空港バス停からも地下鉄駅からも近く便利でした。 お部屋は狭いですが、清潔で寝るだけであれば十分です。 スタッフもフロント、キーパーの方、みなさん気持ちよい対応でした。

室温をあげたかったが、暖房のコントロールができなかった。

very friendly and accommodating employees, excellent service, very clean, and very accessible.

The location was great. Subway only a short walk away and there are many restaurants nearby. The room was small but quite and confortable.

The bed could have been a little wider. The bathroom was very small, when showering the toilet got wet.

The room has everything that you require which was exceptional

Hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but the area not ideal.

1. 交通：附近有機場巴士可以搭，地鐵的話，東廟前站可以搭 1 號跟 6 號線，不過其他線就要到東大門歷史文化公園轉車，會比較麻煩一點 2. 房間：不算大，但 29 吋行李箱還是可以攤開，有桌子跟椅子晚上在房間吃東西很方便，桌上也有 usb 充電孔跟無線充電。房間有附浴袍，想換床單的話可以把原本放在桌上的 Green Card 放在床上，每天會收垃圾、補水在小冰箱裡、補一些消耗性用品（牙刷等，而且有刷澡巾，牙膏很大條可以用好幾天）廁所有吊櫃可以放洗面乳、保養品、梳子等，有浴缸，水也蠻熱的，吹風機是要一直按著的那種，但不會很難按所以還可以，風很大頭髮蠻快就可以乾了 3. 服務：飯店櫃檯英文可溝通，24 小時可以 check in，晚上 10 點後可以請櫃檯人員幫忙訂外送炸雞（有遇到一個感覺比較高階的主管？一開始拒絕，請我們自己去附近買橋村，但因為我們是想吃 bhc，所以後來他請我們 10 點過後再下來請另一位來上班的櫃檯幫忙訂）謝謝櫃檯的服務人員幫忙，在外送送到以後還打電話通知我們下去刷卡，真的很謝謝！ 4. 附近機能：走路 1 分鐘距離內就有兩間便利商店，走路 3 分鐘左右有橋村炸雞跟 isaac toast 5. 其他：飯店一樓有磅秤可以秤行李、9 樓有微波爐、退房寄放行李一件 5000 韓圓可刷卡、電梯要刷卡才能上去所以算蠻安全的

1. 入住是假日，房間隔音不是很好，早上會聽到外面市場的聲音，還有隔壁的聲音 2. 廁所門有點透明而且不能鎖，門關起來也不是密封的，跟牆壁有前後差個 3 公分，男友就怕上大號味道會不會飄出來，另外是浴缸跟外面沒有門簾隔開，洗澡會噴出來把地板弄的很濕 3. 週末附近有類似跳蚤市場，會有很多老人很擠 4. 到飯店的那條巷子晚上蠻暗的，晚上如果自己回去會有點可怕 5. 住的那間房間門鎖感應好像不是很好，拿卡片有時候要感應很多次才會成功 6. 房間內一定要用房卡才會有電（有的飯店拿一般卡片卡著就可以了）但一開始飯店只給一張，後來再去要才有 7. 房間內的拖鞋不是一次性的，可能有的人會有衛生疑慮

Location and friendly cum helpful staff

Terrible design of bathroom where we had to enter the shower area before WC and sink area. Poor water draining in shower area; after shower, the whole bathroom was wet and dangerous to head into WC and sink area. Our kid fell, cut and hit her head in the bathroom while heading to the WC.

Frukosten var bra. Skulle önska annat pålägg till brödet som skinka/ ost och flingor som inte är så mycket socker i. Gärna någon mer frukt.

Det hela frostade fönstret/ väggarna till badrummet - man kunde se igenom personen som satt på toaletten eller duschade. Jag saknade läsbelysning vid sängen, fanns bara olika typer av allmänbelysning i taket. Saknade någon typ av förvaring till kläderna, åtminstone en liten smalgarderob eller byrå.

Location was close to station and market is right next to the hotel.

The room was a bit small but for the price you get what you pay for.

距離地鐵站跟公車站牌都是步行五分鐘以內的距離，也有機場巴士。

早晨附近的攤販會有些許雜音，冷氣製冷的聲音也會間接性的大聲。

The location is really good. In the middle of flea market, and near to Gwangjang market. We enjoyed the local crowd and we wish we could explore more local restaurants around the hotel

The family room is really small for 3 people.

it is located just around 2 minutes walk from Dongmyo station (which is station with 2 metro lines), it is also located near one exit that got lift. There are many restaurants nearby hotel. this hotel got 24 hour lobby for check in, which is different from what is stated on booking.com website, which is good for those who arrive seoul late. Hotel lifts are assessed only with room keys so is rather safe. deluxe double room got bathtub and city view. cleanness is fair and acceptable.

the bathtub in the deluxe double room doesn't have any shield so is easy to spill water out to the ground and make the floor slippery, which has to be careful. the water tap of the bathtub is not so good in a sense that, the water comes out can be either very cold or very hot when i just switch very very slightly to the cold/hot side, which is quite inconvenient but i am not sure if this is the problem with the one in my bathtub only, but as i had a very short stay i bear with that. soundproof not very well, i can hear noises from the street in the morning when my room is on 5th floor. this can be a problem for those who are sensitive to noises. Overall design and interiorand the facilties of hotel room don't seem to be very new compared to the price it charges.

I loved staying here with my friends. Even just stepping into the lobby was an experience. The rooms were beautiful, and had just enough space for me and my friend. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, not to mention the amazing bathtub. The hotel is in a great area, close to subway stations, restaurants, and cafes. I will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing I can think of that I didn't really love about the hotel was how slow the elevators are. With two elevators, it still took at least two minutes to get a ride up to your floor or down to the lobby. Just plan ahead if you're on a tight schedule!
