Indeed it spoiled us! Wonderful location and great for families who are looking to relax and play in the water and sand! FYI, you can see a nice variety of beautiful tropical fish and sea turtles too right at that same beach!

Was the perfect Wailea location, walkable on a beautiful beach path to multiple beaches, hotels, restaurants, and shops. Condo fit our needs nicely: slept 4, clean, kitchen, laundry. Nice lanai to eat out on and enjoy the view. We had a great stay. Only negatives (for transparency sake) were it is time for some updating and the unit was the furthest from beach/pool, fine for us, but would have been an issue if we took the 70+ parents.

Wailea Elua is a beautiful, well maintained, private condominium complex in a most ideal location on Maui. This property is super clean, well maintained and had absolutely everything we needed for our family. The view from the lanai was spectacular and a wonderful way to begin and end every day during our Maui adventure. We absolutely recommend this property. We will be back!

Comfortable condo with spacious deck overlooking beautiful property and view of ocean and west Maui. Pool by the ocean is very nice. BBQs and open air kitchen a plus for our family reunion and outdoor group dinners. Waking distance to shops and excellent shave ice stand.Highly recommend . Would stay again. Very friendly gate staff as well. I couldn’t find a salad spinner but kitchen otherwise well stocked.

Great condo, well stocked, clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for a group of 4. The Elua property is a tropical paradise, beautifully maintained. The unit is at the top, so a bit of a walk up from the beach, but good exercise with beautiful flowers along the way, and providing a terrific ocean view from the balcony dining area. We highly recommend it.

This condo is located near the roadside. If the second bedroom window was closed, we did not notice any noise. However, guests staying in the 2nd bedroom with the window open would notice the morning and afternoon commute traffic. Big deal...time to wake up and get out anyways...you are in Hawaii :) Very laid back atmosphere.

We spent every morning eating our breakfast at the lanai, overlooking the ocean.Condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the gym and the pool, which were right there by the ocean. I just want to say thank you to Rentals Maui for being so helpful and accomodating to us; our flight was delayed for 12 hours, and we got to Elua at 2:00 a.m., and we didn't have any problem checking in at that time. Rentals Maui made sure that someone was there to give us our keys,and let us in, even in the wee hours of the morning. Thanks again. Overall, we had a great vacation, and would definitely come back again. The one I enjoyed the most was walking and running the oceanside walking paths that goes for miles and miles following the ocean..absolutely beautiful!!!

Very nice home, and only a 5-8 minute walk down a floral path to the beach. Though it was the furthest unit from the beach in Wailea Elua, it was still very close and gave us nice views since it was up a slight hill. Our beach didn't seem crowded, had nice sand, and it was a few minutes' drive to the Shops at Wailea for dining and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

There were only two features which we didn't jniw about: the entry was in the top floor with no elevators, and, it was in the building farthest away from the pool and ocean. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for others. Maid service was nit included in the price, as in some other units.

Reefs on either end of Ulua Beach were very good, and Palauea beach a few minutes south was excellent. Plus close to Molokini raft departures. Condo itself was nice & well-equipped, and the overall complex is lovely. Gas grill ran out of propane and rental company quickly replaced the tank - very responsive.

Checkin process was flawless and the condo was clean prior to arrival. We stayed with my family of four and my parents came to hang out with us and my kids frequently when they were staying elsewhere. I did read the reviews about rats and we did accidentally discover the rat traps but they were set and no issues. One thing to note is that the listing says there's two queen beds in the guest room but in fact they are full sized. Not a big issue when only kids sleep in them but the listing is not accurate. The kitchen had everything we could have ever needed! Including plenty of garbage bags, dish soap, etc. We really appreciated that when we cooked in. I will absolutely try and book this condo again next time I'm in town!

Great place to stay! Super location, very clean and very well equipped kitchen. Lots of small touches like hampers in all rooms, books to read and spices in the kitchen. The view is fabulous and you are not close to neighbors. Super quiet.

Great place to stay. Convenient. A long walk uphill from the beach but worth it to save on the higher prices down the hill. Great sunset view and convenient parking right outside.
