Absolutely nothing when I got there the sofa was broken in half mouldy dishcloths no tea towels, tea by the door threshold dangerous and loose cupboard doors hanging off the train track so no sleep. I took photos of the damage and told the landlord he told me it had no complaints about this I don’t know why so he said that this would be fixed and I will get some form of refund refund never happened. The things got fixed badly and then the repair man took my towels. I reported this she basically called me a liar but would not replace my towels for my last night day, which was absolutely disgusting I said I was going to give her a bad review and she thought that was funny. Also please do not stay in this place. He’s dangerous. I did accident with another glove that burnt the smoke. I do not work. I reported this. She also called me a liar. I’ve been contracting for 30 years. I’ve never been treated like this, please do not stay here. It is dangerous. I am not making this up. Advise anyone who stays in the apartments to check the smoke alarms for the own safety and report all damage as they will probably try charging for the damage that is already there.

Absolutely everything an absolute shit hole too many broken arms to list and dangerous as they no smoke alarms and if you’ve got any towels, they will not replace them for you also the cleaner is rubbish as you can see from the photos the oven was filthy

Avoid like the plague. The parking space was taken by another resident. I was told to go an find them and ask them to move the car! WTF! At my peril I could park under the building where the homeless had set up, and a potential of a fine for parking in someone else's space. After parking in a local car park we went out only to return to the accommodation to see it was being flooded by the above apartment. Our suitcase with clothes for the following day was soaked and we had nowhere to sleep my son slept on the floor and my wife slept on the sofa bed and I slept in a half wet single bed. On entering the property I went to speak to the occupants upstairs and was told again by the owners to "get their number and details" at this time of night I wanted to sleep. But was asked to go upstairs and get insurance details from the above flooding flat. LOL. I went to sleeping the shitty wet bed and woke up is a smelly damp flat. Please see photos. After a month of waiting patiently I still have not been refunded.

Arrived wasn’t cleaned (ie crumbs everywhere, dirty towels on the floor. There was no duvet covers and the sheets were all dirty. Looked like someone just left the place. Left after 5 mins couldn’t stay here it’s not safe. Door look liked it had been kicked in

As I enters the apartment I saw a drug deal going on there was no light so had to put torch on my phone when I done this in the corridor was empty beers cans and rubbish it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a while £120 wanna worth £12 very disgusting won’t be booking this ever again
