Central location. Quiet.

No on-site or local management. Email and phone text communication very confusing. In one message it talks about reception hours and then in another talks about remote access requiring ID docs. In todays 'scam' society it's not ideal sending photos of drivers license via text and what good is that when no one is there to check it's actually you? And when I actually did that there was an 'automatic reply' asking for the same thing again. Then I made a phone call to see what's going on to be told "oh that's just an auto reply, can't do anything about it". Well you can! You can review your practices. For just one booking there were 5 emails and 7 texts - a bit over the top when you're travelling. Oh and all the plumbing is old and tired.

Really central location in Glen Innes, a few mins walk to Coles or Woolies as well as to other shops. The apartments face a really lovely park, and it is very peaceful and quiet. The apartments were cosy and very clean. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Towels, and the usual toiletries you'd get in a hotel is also provided. I was pleasantly surprised that a complimentary bottle of wine was provided in each of the apartments (I booked three apartments for three families). It was a really pleasant stay.

Well located near the main shops/business area and across from a nice park. It was clean and comfortable.

The wi fi didn’t work properly on my phone (may have been a provider issue, I don’t know). Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Great location

One bathroom and it was right in the corner, downstairs from the bedrooms.

The location couldn't have been better, overlooking the park and in the CBD walking distance to pubs, supermarkets etc. Quiet area, the rooms were spacious clean and homely. Communication great and check in was easy with keys in a box at the front door.
