First top stair at night a little dangerous to negotiate as light doesnt come on till your on the 2nd level.

In the city centre so very handy.

No prorection from the rain to get from the carpark to stairs with suitcases.

Warm, well fitted out and comfy bed. Short walk to food and supplies.

Everything! The fantastic cooking facilities & full size apartment fridge, lovely colours of the artworks, all the ceramic wrens(?), extra towels/mats/face washers/doona/pure wool blankets for the king size bed. Also the amazing location: we only used the car for 1 trip to Woolies - walked everywhere else. Glen Innes has an amazing main street. The clear and helpful instructions for arrival. What else? The big 8 or 9kg - can't remember exactly - front loader washing machine & dryer plus a full size laundry tub beside them, a full size laundry basket & large clothes airer. Somebody was seriously thinking when this accommodation was kitted out. Also the lovely cutlery, glasses, set of heavy saucepan & the turquoise Noritake stoneware dinnerset. (Mum had a Noritake set in the 1960s - I didn't realise they were still going). The lovely thick block out curtains with the graphic design reminded me of Japanese stylised chrysanthemums, the comfortable leather lounge with throw rug, the 2nd tv in the bedroom and the sunshine all afternoon in the kitchen-dining-lounge open plan area making it warm and cosy. Also the wall heater in the bathroom. The owner has thought of everything down to rubber gloves under the sink with the washing up gear. Staying in a motel or cabin you realise with consternation that you should have packed for a trip using 40 yaks & camels. At 303 Grey Street you realise you can leave the caravan of yaks and camels at home! Thank you very much Margie. Amazing value for money too. Last trip we stayed in caravan park cabins for only $10 less per night - what a chalk and cheese difference Apartment 303 on Grey Street is.

NB: These answers don't imply dislike. I loved the apartment. Just minor maintenance prob noticed: kitchen sink draining very slowly, I think due to washing up oily pans - understandable. Not sure how to deal with this in apartments. Can't collect & toss on the catmint like at home! 🐈 Maybe require those non caustic drain clearing granules - forget their name, sorry. A knife steel would be handy & a lid for the frypan. That's all! Chez 303 Grey is the ants' pants!

The weather was cold but the air con made a big difference to the apartment being warm and cosy. I really appreciated the electric blanket at night made the comfy bed much more appealing. The apartment had everything i needed for my stay

Lovely flat in a very convenient location. Obviously an older building but all the modern comfort conveniences. Cant fault it and will be back for another stay !!

Location was fabulous, Host had recommended places to have dinner breakfast and coffee. Place was bigger than I expected and was exceptionally clean

Nothing everything was lovely. Directions to find the place were really useful I dont think we would have found it without these. Car park near the room was great.
