So where should I start , the location is great of course it’s right on the beach however the entrance you have to walk in between people eating at a restaurant , the main entrance door gets stuck , the doorman only opens the door between 8-3 , THE UNIT HORRIBLE ! The bathroom was disgusting I mean from all around the shower head , the shower walls the floors was filthy , the tissue had red dye on it from being left in the drawers for so long , we had to end up buying our own bleach and tissue to just clean the bathroom ! The first room the BED HAD A DENT IN THE MIDDLE horrible the legs was bent the sliding doors were swinging off the hinges when u tried to close them ) he couch was peeling and very low ! when I wrote the manager she KINDLY KEPT TALKING ABOUT MY deposit that she was trying to charge me when I arrived but nothing about this uncomfortable bed that me and husband could barley sleep on ! The second room the fan didn’t work so my sister had to leave her room door open in order to get the air conditioner from the living room ! NO OUTLETS ! We had to charge our stuff by the TV , the mini fridges was nasty & doesn’t even get cold ! , not to mention I got bit on my face multiple times for the first two days ! Didn’t even stay long ! This place is somewhere where u bring ur little fling for a quick overnight cap , THE WHOLE UNIT WAS A MESS & had the nerve to charge a cleaning fee ! PLEASE DO BETTER I HAVE PICTURES AS WELL !

If you’re looking for a clean easy place to sleep while you enjoy Miami, and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the space, it is perfect. It’s in a great spot across from the ocean (less than a five min walk) and close to all sorts of fun restaurants. However, it’s a very small space and not super comfortable for lounging around in. And if you’re not a night owl, there’s a good amount of noise that comes from the courtyard where there is an outdoor restaurant they play music and people will be talking until 11 or 12 o’clock at night. It didn’t bother us because we were up late night but it’s something to be aware of.

We had booked for 5 days left after 1 night. Still trying to get a partial refund. Ended up at the Holiday Inn Middle beach and had a great time. No lock and a broken lock on the exterior building entrance doors. As well as the broken hinge on the apartment door. This was our main concern as there were questionable people all around the building. From the man wearing a facemask standing in the alley when we arrived and were looking for the entrance door. To the homeless women who multiple times asked for a cigarette and just stood and stared when you said no. And finally the homeless man camped out behind the dumpster when we went to dispose of the trash. I understand you cannot control the people outside of your building but the locks and doors inside the building should be secured for your guests protection.  The filthy state of the room grime and all over the bathroom as well as mold. There was hair covering the whole bathroom from floor to ceiling. Hair on all the towels not pictured was hair all over the bedding.  The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable it was almost like it was broken.  You could hardly see out of the windows they were so dirty.  Light fixtures just dangling from the ceiling. A paper towel just shoved in an unused outlet.  The freezer in the fridge was so frosted over we were unable to put anything in it.

The property is exactly as described. Perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants and night life. Had a wonderful visit in Miami Beach.
