Great spacious unit that can house 6 people comfortably- a functional kitchen, open plan living area and separate living quarters with two complete bathrooms - it was perfect for us (we cooked there a lot and I found the kitchen to be very functional). The only thing is that the unit is in need of a bit of love from an upkeep perspective: the couch really needs to be cleaned (it smells as if someone with a big dog stayed in the unit for a long period and is visibly dirty, to the point that it makes you hesitate to sit on it), especially given that it’s meant to be used as a sofa bed. The listing said there was a washer / dryer, which was important for us as we were travelling with children, but the dryer did not work (its start button was literally broken in two and had been put back in place so it would not show). We noticed this on our second day of a 10-day stay and advised the manager right away. He replied within minutes that he would send someone to fix it but then we never heard back (even though we wrote back to inquire) and no one came. So if you are renting this unit I would ask if the couch has been cleaned and the dryer fixed. Otherwise great location and property, we walked to the beach almost every days and used the pool a lot, which was great for the kids. I also used the gym which was another nice amenity.

Great location and view of the water, it's not easy to find the pool at the apartment though so we never went down to it, the apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue was the dryer button broke on the first try of using it and it was the night before a holiday so no one came to fix it until the following day however he came in the morning and fixed it and it was good.

It is a nice apartment, a short walk to the beach. It was also close to the airport. We had a number of things to do in the LA area, and this was a great home base that also allowed us to enjoy some time on the beach.

Great condo with great views. Very clean and safe. Would stay there again!

It was a very nice clean unit equipped with all of our kitchen needs, linens, and bath towels. The parking garage was extremely tight and one of the tennants was rude enough to leave a note on our rented vehicles as we were never parked outside of our designated lines. The dryer in the unit did not function which was a bit of an inconvenience for our stay as we were travelling from the East Coast and had hoped to wash undergarments and socks. We did report on Sunday and someone came to check the dryer on Tuesday, however, they told my son there was a broken part and couldn't be fixed right away as they needed to order the part. We managed and hung our belongings to dry on the dryer rack in the main bedroom. Wondering if this may be a consistant problem for this unit? Not certain if this could result in a small refund as I paid for laundry access. Overall - it was a fantastic trip and we absolutely enjoyed our adventure in Southern California!

Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful. The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent

This property was simply amazing! Spacious, clean and very accommodating for our family. The balcony was just breathtaking! A quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely book again

Spacious accommodations with an amazing view of the marina and Pacific Ocean. The two bedrooms with den that included a queen-size bed fit our family comfortably. We enjoyed our stay.
