Położenie z oszałamiającymi widokami, kameralnie. Sprzątanie pokoju bardzo uważne. Rewelacyjnie śniadania, dania z jajek na życzenie gościa w wielu wariantach. Osoby na recepcji zawsze otwarte na potrzeby gości
Pokoje nadgryzione zębem czasu, widać zużycie na blatach, ścianach. Podłogi i tekstylne części łóżka dość wyraźne poplamione. Bardzo mało miejsca na ubrania - szafa zdecydowanie za mała i niewygodna w korzystaniu. No i te umywalki o których wszyscy piszą... Ktoś kto wymyślił wysoką baterię przeznaczoną do umywalek nablatowych zamontować do umywalki wpuszczanej w blat powinien teraz remontować na własny koszt cały hotel. Kiepski parking do manewrowania dużym autem.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Restauracja na miejscu i interesująca karta menu. Zgodnie z reklamą bardzo dobre, zróżnicowane śniadanie. Wygodne łóżka, przestronna łazienka, kabina prysznicowa z deszczownicą. Szybki internet. Duży telewizor typu smart podpięty do sieci ze wszystkimi kanałami telewizji naziemnej co jest rzadkością.
Winda. Lodówka, SPA.... Można wymieniać długo, ale najlepiej samemu się przekonać.

Świetna lokalizacja. Widok na gory- przepiękny. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Piękny wystrój hotelu, a pokoje czysciutkie. Jak najbardziej polecamy ten hotel.
Szklane ściany w łazience to jednak mały dyskomfort.

Very nice hotel at the Tatra hills. Superb staff, breakfast and kitchen. Spa is pretty small, but sauna and steam bath is great.
Some minor, though annoying things: not many place to hang your towels, in our room you cannot sit up properly in the bed beacause of the angle of the wall. It's personal, but I never get the glass walls of a bathroom that you can just partially cover with a curtain.

We had chosen a room with the mountains view and... the view was terrific! A bonus: excellent mountains view also directly from the whole (I mean it ;-) bathroom due to a glass-wall. Friendly staff, every single person, with our special, warm cheers to the Chef :-). Great food (I am deeply sorry for those on a strict diet ;-) and drinks. Perfect location for hiking /mountain trips as well as for those more lazy (as we were) who would prefer to visit by car a bit more remote but far less demanding tourist attractions, like Bania in Białka Tatrzańska through Gorący Potok to Termy Chochołowskie.
We have stayed for 5 days and I cannot recall anything that could be put as a negative, really :-)

Very nice design, clean, loved the stay, but the main attraction is the a la carte dinner. I mean it is exceptional. It was beyond any expectation, tried to look for the mystery chef, but he/she was hiding very well. :) ( the best was the lamb meatballs in cabbage leaf with mushroom sauce and cream and the stake tartare completely baffled me )

It’s neither a suite nor apartment. It’s 1 room with 2single beds connecting to another with a single bed. I expected a bedroom and a living room, to say the least, as room booked was advertised as an apartment

The hotel was exceptional. It should be a five star hotel!. The spa treatments were beautiful and well priced. The Sauna and steam room as well as the “chill out” area were amazing. Breakfast had a good variety and we also ate dinner at the restaurant which was delicious. All staff were friendly and gave us discounts for using the hotels facilities spa and drinks etc. They also helped us with finding a nearby ski resort. This hotel needs to be more recognised !
Nothing everything was perfect ! Service, facilities, view and room!! We will definitely be staying again !

mountain view is nice
Wifi signal was too poor, so there was no wifi in the room during my stay. Staff didn’t react to that problem in any way.
Most of the personnel doesn’t speak English
Restaurant menu is quite short and available in Polish only (they do have english version but it’s outdated and doesn’t match the actual menu).
Room design is sort of “special”, be prepared.
Water spills around the sink all the time.

Everything was great! I want to say "Thank you!" everything is personal in this wonderful place! Especially the woman who cleans our room! She was very kind and caring, after talking with her, our mood became more joyful.

small rooms, apartment 30m2 is actually 2 small rooms which are connected.
housekeeping has a lot to improve:
cosmetics were not updated on time
cockroach in bathroom
but the worst part was very unfriendly and rude service from few waitresses during breakfast and dinner

Beautiful room and the view from the balcony was wonderful! Tasty breakfast but we where sad that the hotel restaurant wasn’t working. Alter a long day in the montains You can use the finnish sauna and steam room. Location is ok if You are looking for a quite place, but it’s far from some other caffès and stores.
Steam room is stinky. 😬 If the hotel is full, there could be probably problem with the parking lot.

Food was delicious, hotel super clean, location very good to enjoy nature without any rush. Receptionists were helpfull in all aspects. In general I'd recommend to stay there. Breakfest and dinners were very well prepared.
Dinner ala carte, you have no choice to choose from more foods and you even didn't know what will be served for. We called it surprise for dinner. We were missing at least info in english written down somewhere. Waiters were communicating in polish only, in 4 **** hotel I'd expect communication in international language.
In sauna one jug of water for all guests is really not enough and recommending to refil it more often.

Pretty much everything was great. View, design , stuff, privacy, comfort. If you travel by motor vehicle direction High Tatras there is little point to stay in Zakopane, take a little detour to this hotel!
