The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The back wall is up against the freeway. They have a “live wall,” with lush greenery, that does help muffle the sound and makes the backyard cozy. Inside, the decor is cute and bohemian. Unfortunately, it just seemed like everything needed a once over. Sparse dishes and glasses. Everything had finger prints left on them. Walls had drips running down them. Worst of all was the en-suite. It was filthy! The shower had sludge on the walls. The shower curtain was brown along the bottom, as was the grout along the bottom of the toilet. Under the sink was all spider webs along with multiple spiders. Our group opted to all use the hall bathroom, which was cleaner. Luckily, the sheets were white and the beds felt clean. Overall, we felt safe, but the place needs some TLC.

Property met our basic needs— outdoor space was wonderful and kitchen is large and accommodating. Some details were left out— 1 kitchen towel for a 5 day stay; incredibly dirty master bathroom, missing basic utensils in the kitchen, no washer and dryer (despite noting that there was a washer & dryer). Little updates could really improve this spot.

Clean place, spacious, kid friendly (all ages), quiet neighborhood. No coffee in the freezer as was listed available but plenty of tea bags and on dairy creamer which was great.

This home was my home for almost a month. It offered ample space for our family during the transition of welcoming a new grandchild and preparing to move across the country. While it rained most of time, my 3-year old granddaughter was able to play outside in the fenced backyard and had a variety of toys at her disposal. I would definitely recommend the home for anyone with smaller children in the group.

We brought our tree and stockings. Even though we brought our families handful of gifts each we could have lived without any extra toys as the house was filled with toys in both children's rooms AND awesome toys outside in the yard. The turf grass was perfect for our toddler and baby to run/crawl around in! The jacuzzi was an awesome way for the adults to wind down after the kids went to sleep. Sound machines were supplied in every room which made putting outer littles to bed in the supplied crib and bed so easy! Beautiful house with everything you need to cook multiple holiday meals! Bathrooms were updated and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The “boys” bedroom had an updated bunk bed that was even better than the one pictured! We brought our older grandparents with Alzheimer’s and they had no issues getting around the house. From the 80 year olds to us 35 year old parents with our two young babies this house could not have been better. A laundromat was near by so we were able to wash clothes. The weather was a sunny 83 degrees so the windows were open and the fans were Thank you!

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was clean & cute. Backyard was spacious and located in a nice neighborhood.

This is a wonderful place for a family to stay. They had great amenities, the yard was so useful getting the kids out there, the fire-pit, the picnic tables, the open kitchen and the bedrooms were all fantastic! comfortable, easy to maneuver, toys for each of the kids to play with. They had a reverse osmosis system! I mean this place was awesome! Just don't make the same mistake that i did, and please note - they don't have a washer and dryer onsite... having little ones who go through outfits each day, it was a major bummer to have to spend my vacation at the laundry mat . this was really a great place to stay beside me overlooking that one important detail!

Awesome experience and the hosts were so accommodating. We were able to enjoy/relax as a family and not be crammed into a hotel room. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time around.
