Our party had two ladies in their 80s and four other ladies, mid 50s to mid 60s. We were able to hear the waves crashing in and watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Pool was great too!!! Bbq area was great too! Pickleball court was great too.

This condo had everything we needed to make our two weeks fun, relaxing and convenient. Close to nice beaches, beautiful pool right outside our door, all the beach gear and room for all six of us to spread out or gather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to families with young children.

Perfect spot to walk to hit the trail or stroll to beaches. Property is well maintained.

Everything was as stated. Place was clean and welcoming. Had all the starter amenities so we didn’t have to run out right away. It was a great location near beaches - you could walk to two within 15 minutes (you can see from the grounds). Restaurants nearby as well. Try a puka dog! Went to Friendly Waves for lunch. Both close by. Definitely would stay here again!!

The condo is exactly like the pics, beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils… we cooked dinner almost every night and found everything we needed. The sliding doors open up to the grassy area surrounding the pool, and has a great view. The outdoor areas are very well maintained with grills to bbq, lawn chairs for whale watching, benches for sun set and beautiful flowers surrounding. One of the beach chairs was broken when we arrived, within a few hours a new chair was delivered to us, great customer service!! We will definitely go back!

Our group of 4 adults and two children under 8 had a very enjoyable stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and prepared most of our meals there. It was great to have 3 bedrooms so we could all have our own space. The washer and dryer were wonderful and used often by our group. The kids enjoyed the sand buckets and shovels and it was a plus to also have beach chairs and a wagon to transport them all to the beach. We all enjoyed the salt water pool but wished it had been heated. The hot tub provided a nice warm up! Location was near beaches and restaurants. We would consider returning to this condo if we return to Kauai.

We were in town for a conference at the Grand Hyatt but wanted more space for our family (2 parents, 2 kids & nanny). This was a perfect fit. It was an easy, beautiful walk to the Hyatt for the conference and close to Poipu beach (turtles!). We appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- plenty of room to spread out. All the beds were quite comfortable and we felt quite at home. The kitchen was well equipped for a VRBO & the unit had lots of extras (snorkel gear, sand castle gear, stroller, wagon, beach chairs..) We also liked the first floor lanai adjacent to the grass with plenty of room for the toddlers to run around while we relaxed and took in scenic views of the ocean and the whales in the distance.

Location was amazing. The condo is well stocked with new linens, towels, kitchenware, etc and is very comfortable. We will book again!!

The location was perfect, the unit was stocked with everything needed for a delightful Hawaiian vacation, and the owners were quick to reply to all my questions and requests!

We really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location, and we loved watching the sunrises and sunsets. I've pointed out a few issues to the property managers, the main ones being concerns about some blinds, and that the unit could use a deep cleaning. Hopefully they'll address these because this would otherwise be a wonderful place for a family vacation.

This property was perfect for our needs. We had a 1 and 3 year old, their parents and two 60 somethings. There is a separate "wing" with two bedrooms that allowed the children to sleep in quiet while the rest of us enjoyed the evenings. The unit was in excellent condition and well stocked. I highly recommend this condo for groups with mixed ages.

This condo was the perfect home base for a family visiting Kauai! We loved it so much that we re-booked before leaving for next summer. For reference, we have 3 teen/tween boys and felt like there was plenty of space. The unit has a nice ocean view from the patio and the pool/hot tub are right outside the unit as well. Super convenient/great with kids. The condo had everything we needed. We did not cook much (pizzas, salads, etc.), but had plenty of knives, cutting boards, coffee mugs, etc. We stayed 7 nights and did not need to replenish anything, which we sometimes have to do at other VRBOs (i.e., toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags). I appreciated that! The beds were super comfy and the place was sparkly clean! There was plenty of space to hang out at night around the TV and watch a movie from the streaming service the condo provides! There were plenty of towels and beach equipment if you needed it. Bathrooms were spacious. Washer and dryer were full size - nice for a family. The condo in general was quiet....there is a unit above and so you might hear footsteps, but we were not fussed. AC and fans all over kept the place cool/quiet (no roosters like our last place w/o AC!). Perhaps most of all, I loved the location. We walked down to Poipu beach every day (Puka Dogs and Brennecke's Broiler are walkable eating spots!). Beach is awesome for snorkeling: stick your face in the water, fish everywhere, monk seals on beach, turtles on beach + water (go at sunset to see turtles come up to sand to hang). Also, we drove to Shipwreck beach every day which is only 1.5 or so miles down the road when the boys wanted to play in wilder/wavier water + there is a great trail there to walk and take pics. Overall, this was my fav place in Kauai so far. I think the location is perfect, communication with maintenance guy and owner were amazing (+ they were understanding when we went through a family emergency that caused an issue with the property). BOOK IT! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Highly recommend booking.

The condo was clean and was plenty of space for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 young children). We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was with beach toys, kids books and games, and everything we needed in the kitchen. All the linens and towels felt new and fresh. And the ground floor unit opening onto the grass was perfect for us. The pool was warm and the unit is a short walk to multiple beaches. We also used the grills on the property multiple times which were clean and new and worked well. Overall a really great stay - would highly recommend!

This is a well equipped property with lots of little extras that helped us avoid costs we've incurred with stays at other properties. The location is exceptional for enjoying the ocean waves crashing on the rocks either from the lanai or by taking long walks on the trails along the Point. We had a bit of an issue with the AC during the first few days of our stay, but the property manager was very prompt to deal with the issue. No stay is perfect so having someone to deal with problems is very important and appreciated. We will probably be back sometime in the near future.

Brought my wife and two of my three kids with their spouse to Kauai to celebrate my retirement. The location and property couldn’t have been better - easy access to the beaches and east, south and west side of island and able to watch both the sunrise and sunset right on property. Our hosts were very responsive to our pre and post arrival questions / needs. We ate out three night and cooked our meals for the others. Could maybe use one or more extra chairs on the lanai (have a chaise and a chair) for enjoying the view from f the pool area and surroundings but that’s just a suggestion. Overall this place would be tough to beat!

Ideal location close to beaches, shops, restaurants and walking/jogging trails. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Clean, spacious and modern. Absolutely as advertised.

We stayed here Dec 26- Jan 2 . I would highly recommend it ! Wonderful location ans very well equipped . Perfect for a young family or a family with young adults. The hosts were quick to answer messages. We would definitely stay here again .

Location was great. Well-stocked with items we needed to enjoy days at the beach like beach towels toys chairs etc. The condo had all the comforts of home. The manager was easily reached and answered any questions or concerns quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

The condo was very clean. Also, had everything you need for beach and pool. The kitchen was large and stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. BBQs on property were very nice. AC was not working throughout the unit. We specifically booked this unit because it said it had ac. There were individual ac units in each bedroom, which helped when sleeping. We were told main unit was broken and they were waiting for part. Were told part would be arriving while we were there but that never happened. Overall, good place to stay.

This rental was very clean when we arrived. No bugs in evidence as per a previous reviewer. Beds/bedding was clean and comfortable. We spent many hours on the lanai. 50 ft walk to ocean view. Pool/ hot tub right outside the unit. Plenty of towels, dishes and supplies were provided. We would rent this unit again.

This was my family’s first trip to Hawaii. This is also the first time I’ve used Vrbo to rent a vacation home. Overall the place was nice. However, there were live cockroaches in the kitchen upon entry. We spent a good twenty minutes each morning exterminating and sanitizing the kitchen before using it. I believe a few factors contributed to this problem. The kitchen cupboards were filthy on the exterior and there is food splattered on the ceiling above the oven/range. There are no scrub sponges or brushes to do dishes only washcloths. There was no lid on the kitchen trash, and food in the sink disposal. There also was no vacuum or mop inside the unit leaving only a broom for us to clean up. The beach gear was a nice touch, but the snorkel mask was missing and the kids flippers were missing one. This resulted in us purchasing the missing items to have fun. This was a wonderful first trip to Hawaii! I realize everything can’t be perfect. In my Opinion, perhaps it has been awhile since the property owner has visited the unit, or maybe the cleaning crew communication is suffering. Suggestions: Lidded trashcans Updated welcome book Small sized kitchen staples such as salt, oil, coffee Pest inspection Small food storage bags, foil, and cling wrap. Thanks for your time. Mahalo!

So happy we decided to stay here! The property was exactly as described and well stocked for our two families. As part of a smaller development it was quiet but extremely well kept and easy to access multiple beaches and tourist attractions, either by walking or within a short car ride. Having access to a wagon, beach chairs, towels and an umbrella was very helpful. Mike and Surrey were both very responsive on the few occasions we had questions or requests both in advance of our stay and while we were at the property. We would definitely put this at the top of our list of places to stay should we return to Kauai in the future. Thanks so much Mike and Surrey!

The condo is large and airy with easy access to the lawn, pool and an amazing view of sea turtles swimming in the cove nearby.

Nicer than pictures. This condo is clean, updated, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed walking 30 seconds to the point to view the sunset and sunrise each morning. Very spacious for 5 of us and has everything you would need for a stay. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy, timely, and thorough. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and they certainly were the most thorough and timely in their communication which is always appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anybody!

The place was great. The responsiveness of the property manager was outstanding. The TV has a small crack that affected the picture slightly. I let them know just as a courtesy, and they replaced the TV the same day while I was at the beach. Everything was as advertised, if not nicer than expected.

Great location in Poipu. Wonderful to be able to be so close to the ocean and see the dramatic waves crashing onto the rocks. Close to Poipu Beach and Koala. would definitely recommend staying here.

We had four adults and two 4-yr old kids staying in this three bedroom unit. We particularly enjoyed the ground floor with a flow indoor and outdoor activities with the family. The kitchen is well equipped and looks great. The layout is not very good for access to cupboards when emptying the dishwasher and fridge seems to block traffic frequently. These are small troubles compared to all of the positives I would stay here again given the opportunity.

The condo was perfectly appointed and located in an excellent location to experience the island. And your concierge services were so helpful.
