Location is very worst and congested, no proper landscaping, costly, very worst parking facility, no help from hotel staff for parking, lockage transport and soon...

Totally unlike, waste of money.

I arrived early around 9am, however the check-in was at 11 or 12 noon. Although it was mentioned that there hotel will try their best to accommodate early check-in, and even when the rooms were available, they charged me 1500 fir early check-in for 2 hours. This charge was around 12% of the entire original booking. This extra hefty charge for early check-in was not anticipated.

We were misled by Booking.Com as Hotel and zero payment booking . Infact it is in the category of lodge/guest house without adequate facility of bell boy. Booking made on the assurance of zero payment but guest house /lodge collected full payment before allowing entry in guest house /lodge. Accordingly room tariff is on much higher side. Actual tariff should not be more than Rs 1200- 1500/day. Behaviour of property owner / staff is not guest worthy but very rude with greater focus on collecting full payment before allowing entry in room. Booking.com is advised to place this property under guest house/lodge category with revised tariff on lower side after proper inspection of property.

The staff were welcoming and friendly

We didn’t get off to a good start when they cancelled our booking and then told us that it was us that had cancelled. The room smelled strongly of mothballs and lots of mosquitos also didn’t didn’t help.

Nothing basically. Just have to avoid staying here.

Everything. Firstly the linen, duvet and pillow cover was not changed. Basically we requested other room which eventually was the same for every room. Don’t think they change these fitting after every guests. The restaurant is horrible and don’t recommend taking any food there. Many more to comment but will stop here.

Nothing to like in this hotel.

The hotel entrance, The toilets, the staff, breakfast no food service and room service after 10pm. They straight away told me to order food on Swiggy or Zomato. Rooms are smelling bad odour. Only 1 staff and 1 manager. No restaurant. Breakfast is of 2 or 3 items served in room directly. No proper place for breakfast. Only shine online but not in reality. Very bad experience. Not at all recommended.
