Poor service from the hostess. Didn't answer e-mail or phone when arriving

I never use it, I had to take an Uber from the complex and go a get a hotel in a different area. Host never send me the unit number until 6:28pm, but before that never picked the phone when I tried contacting.

The location was very convenient.

There was nothing to dislike.

My recent stay at this property in Atlanta left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positives—the apartment was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi was also top-notch, which was a huge plus for me as I needed it for work and entertainment.

However, my check-in experience was less than ideal. I had requested a specific check-in time between 2 - 3pm, but unfortunately the host communicated that the property wasn't ready until after 6pm. This was quite inconvenient for me, as it meant I couldn't stay there for the first night as planned. Clearer communication regarding the check-in process and timing would have been greatly appreciated.
