Dieses Homestay war das beste auf Lombok! Extrem freundlicher Empfang, wir hatten uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir buchten das kleinere Bungalow (mit A/C, aber Kaltwasser-Dusche) und fühlten uns wie in einem 4 Sternehotel. Es war sehr sauber, alles roch gut und sie hatten extra noch Blumen auf das Bett gelegt. Das Frühstück - vor allem die hausgemachten Crêpes - waren hammer! Zudem war die Portion gross (pro Person erhielten wir drei Crêpes und Früchte). Auch das Abendessen können wie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Es war super lecker und wir kriegten eine grosse Auswahl verschiedener Speisen. Es war das beste Essen in gesamt Indonesien. Der Host und seine Angestellten waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und hatten für uns auch eine Tour zu den Gilis gebucht. Am Abend sprachen wir mit ihnen über Gott und die Welt und lernten auch viel über das Dorfleben.

Das Wifi hatte leider bei uns im Bungalow nicht funktioniert. Der Host war bemüht es zu reparieren, doch es klappte nicht. Wir hatten eigene Roller für die Zeit auf Lombok gemietet und konnten daher eigenständig anreisen. Für Personen ohne Roller ist das Homestay evtl. etwas abgelegen.

La familia que lleva el alojamiento es entrañable, son encantadores todos. El entorno donde está ubicado es majestuoso, rodeado de naturaleza. Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario y son muy cómodas. Tienen un montón de actividades disponibles en las que involucran a la comunidad, no dispusimos de tiempo para hacerlas pero tienen varias muy interesantes.

No hay quejas! Aunque el WiFi de las habitaciones hay que revisarlo. El WiFi funciona pero no hay cobertura para el móvil lo que anula el WiFi. Viendo el lado positivo así uno se desintoxica de la Red 😉

The property is new, clean and very nice to stay. The bed was comfy and the family are currently building somewhere to sit and eat out of the rain which will be amazing! There was a great pamphlet to show what activities you can do in Rangsot and we had dinner cooked by the family in the evenings. 10/10 and will be recommending to everyone.

This is by far the best place I have stayed at in all of my travels. When we arrived, we were welcomed with fresh coconuts and cashews (a local product). The family and small village were extremely welcoming of us and shared snacks (fried cassava, mangoes, roasted peanuts), and treated us like part of their own family. We have never been so welcomed before at an accommodation. The rooms were very comfortable (we had a room with a fan, which was a very comfortable temperature). They had many activities available including tours to coffee, cashew, and honey farms, interaction with locals in the village, and you could hike up the nearby hill for sunrise and sunset. Unfortunately, I had recently injured my knee and my partner was not feeling great from our previous travel, so we did not do the activities around the village. We were able to share snacks and partake in regular life with the family where we were treated like a family extension which was so welcoming. The food they served for breakfast and dinner was incredible and so much food! The grounds were beautiful with many chickens and plants everywhere. Mamba and others were happy to answer our questions about local life, Indonesia history, and Muslim traditions and religion. Would highly recommend staying at this place if you are interested in a peaceful area in a small village learning about the local life. We wished we could have stayed much longer here. Well that is probably one of the best place I ever stayed. Very kind and generous staff, peaceful atmosphere and amazing food (breakfast and especially dinner) from Mama. The room is spacious, very clean and they have air conditioner. You can rent a scooter there. We did plan to explore the island but in the end we spent almost all the time chilling in the homestay and spending time with the people there (we have been to Mt Rinjani, and they can organize the trip there for you with very good prices). I felt “at home” and that was an amazing experience. Honestly one of the best place ever. Thank you so much! Teri makasih!

Nos llevamos una gran sorpresa al encontrarnos con un personal muy muy amable. El mejor alojamiento de Indonesia en cuanto al trato y además las cabañas donde nos hospedamos eran muy acogedoras. Hemos viajado 5 amigos y todos coincidimos en que es el lugar donde mejor hemos dormido. Nos da mucha pena que solo hayamos estado un día porque estando más tiempo te llevan a conocer el pueblo y a sus habitantes que a todos les ilusiona saludarte y que les saludes. Pedir cenar allí también ya que la comida es muy rica y el ambiente con musica de fondo por parte de la familia es maravilloso. Muchísimas gracias por el buen trato

They were amazing ! In every way ! We came here right after we hiked the rinjani volcano so we were very tired and sore . They greeted us with coconut water and welcoming snacks . They made us a beautiful typical Indonesian buffet dinner and their family sang and played the guitar . Such a beautiful environment , with chickens running around and kids smiling and blowing kisses ! What an amazing stay . We also had a very good breakfast ! I really recommend staying here !

By far the best welcoming expirience that we've had. The community you live in makes you feel like home, they treat you as a family member. They offered us food, activities, and the best possible cultural immersion in Lombok. The whole experience was amazing as the views and people there. This family will be forever in our hearts. :)

Everything was brilliant

The most accommodating hosts ever! They are so friendly and all they want is to make sure you have everything you could want. The home cooked traditional dinner is everything you could want from an authentic Lombok experience.

Nothing not to like, of course be prepared for cold shower and somewhat primitive. However this did not do anything towards our comfort, because everything was clean and proper.
