Nothing

The hotel is a complete disaster. We cannot understand the ratings at all.. First of all while booking it says we have to pay at arrival. But they messaged us and wanted 20% of the money before arrival or else they would cancel the room which we were not able to pay since it's not through booking.com. We had to call and tell them we were on our way. When they showed us the room it was nothing like in the pics. Windows were facing the hallway. There's a lot of light coming in through the curtain. It was super loud until after midnight. The first room they gave us was extremely dirty, had dental floss and sanitary pads from previous guests in the bathroom. But the worst part was it had a MASSIVE MOLD on the bathroom door!!!! In the second room the bathroom was completely under water. We accepted the third room only because it was getting ridiculous since all rooms shown to us had very dirty bathrooms and we were with our baby and couldn't stretch it any longer. The third room still had a super dirty bathroom with used shampoo batches behind the toilet lid and none of the toilets were clean. Towels were only provided after asking for them. WiFi worked ok as long as there was no power cut. During the power cut it was the only hotel without a generator. No ac, no fan, no nothing. Well there is no AC in any of the rooms that were shown to us. Other hotels around us still had light due to generators. The baby was crying because of the heat and couldn't sleep anymore. Only once the power was back and the fan turned on again, the baby fell asleep. We asked for a discount but instead they asked us to pay more than shown on our booking confirmation as total price incl. tax. Furthermore they resisted giving us any receipt for the cash payment. They said they don't do receipts. Only after my husband told them it's illegal and he's gonna call the police they took out the receipt booklet and gave him the receipt.
