The property was very clean and nicely appointed. It felt like a modern home. The cleanliness was far and away the best of any vrbo home we have visited. New toilet paper rolls, full dispensers of toiletries in the shower, beverages in the fridge, Keurig choices with actual creamers, nice artwork and plush bedding made it feel like the owner really cared.
She was communicative and kind. You couldn't ask for more. We were able to get to Grandscape and Frisco easily. The backyard was very relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. We didn't have time to use the kitchen or the living room, but we did enjoy watching old Johnny Carson episodes on the big TV in the master bedroom. Lastly, it was over 100 outside and plenty cool inside the home.

This rental is great and no details were spared! We will make this our place when visiting the area in the future. Super cute and very clean.

The home was clean, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, and all amenities generously provided. There was no shortage of dishwashing pods, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and additional toiletries, towels, washcloths, coffee pods, seasonings, and beverages already loaded in the fridge. Monique was a delight to communicate with and was so polite, warm and welcoming, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and comfort while in the home. The hot tub was a highlight and was in pristine condition. Everything was very well-cleaned and maintained. If you need to stay in the area, this is the place!

Hey all, so i endes up picking this lovely cottage based on its value and putdoor patio but i did not imagine it would pass all of my expectations. The property manager was the best i have ever dralt with and communcation was amazing. I am have stayed in dozens of rentals as i have a big family and we just dont do hotels. The house was in a great neighborhood, home was clean, patio was way begger than the photos show. We had absolutely zero issues and not only will my family be staying here in the future, i will most definitely recommend this place to all.
