We went for a quiet time away from home to sit in the pool and relax. When we arrived the cleaning people were still in the house cleaning. Then the property manager just walked in while we were in the house. There are no lights either in the pool or outside where you can enjoy the pool at night. The a/c was not working when we arrived but were told it would be fixed. Welllll the day before we were leaving an a/c tech showed up and said it was just too hot for the a/c unit. It was in the 90's. The afternoon sun would raise the temp in the house to 79 but it would cool down after 9pm . Very disappointed about the a/c and the pool lights. The pool itself is very nice.

Christmas in july

we stayed at this property and the air conditioning was not keeping the house cool. We actually left a day early because the heat was so bad in the house. The property manager was great, Jim understood. The owner was contacted and that they would have the ac looked at again, since it was just repaired the week prior. Besides the Ac the property was neat, clean.

This vacation rental was clean and located on a very quiet street. The view from the lanai and pool were beautiful—-a lovely canal. However, with all the positives, there were several little things that could have made our stay better. Some things that could be improved include the following: all the lights and fans in the bedrooms did not work using the light switch, the ice maker was broken, there was no information regarding how or when the pool filter and fountain go on—we later realized it was on a timer. There was no dish soap in the kitchen or hand soap in either bathroom. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. We also couldn’t stream using the tv because it required a password. The last and most frustrating thing was trying to get in touch with the person managing the property…all information stated either call or text. However, we could only get in touch via text. If you prefer texting….then don’t say call—just say text. The air conditioning unit also didn’t work properly and a heating/cooling maintenance person came and tried to fix the issue. We did get half of our stay refunded because the air conditioning unit could not be repaired—which seemed fair. I recommend adding a few simple things to this VRBO to give it a five star rating.

Beautiful home. Felt like home away from home !!!

The ice maker broke and it wasnt the first time, there was no garden hose available. The master bathroom had a huge sink and no coumter space available for your producs. If i was the owner i would bought a bag of ice and brought it to the house and apologized. the repair man came but parts had to be ordered. The only reason i would not rent it again is because of the master bath sink situation not good

Perfect to get to our venue! Had everything we needed. Pool was supposed to be heated but was freezing, but really didnt have much time to use it if we couldve.
