Lovely stay. We had a very nice, clean room with pool access. The beach is narrow and only mats for sitting but the pool has plenty of seating and a decent amount of shade.

The power of the resort went out twice during our stay. First when we just arrived in the resort and second time when we about to check out of the hoyel.
There are multiple things that happen.
1. The bed guardrail was not install as requested.
2. The room have sewage smell
3. Balcony door was unable to fully closed.
4. TV will turn on on its own after turn if off every 10 mins
5. Power of the room was out for a good hour plus
6. We requested the baby seat for the airport pick up but when the resort picked us up from the airport, no baby seat in the car
The power went out again on he day we check out. For minium an hour right before we check out during the time we were packing up. The room got so hot while no power to boil hot water for our baby make milk and no power to flush the toilet.
The staff was nice but the issue with facility of power outage is unacceptable.

We had an amazing babymoon stay at Le Meridien. All the staff are always friendly and smiling. Food was great - both breakfast and room service. Area is quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic getaway with Le Meridien.

Overall a nice hotel - however, thinking part is outdated - lots of paint drips everywhere, they didn’t offer us a drink or map at check in….didnt clean room for 3 days….no water offered when had food as waiter said hygiene but it meant you made no money, gym mirrors dirty and one Cycle machine broke…

Loved my stay here!! It is a long drive from the main area of Phuket but it's exactly what I was looking for. A short ride from the airport and a beautiful resort to enjoy the pool and amenities. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From the food, to the staff, to the location. Everything was stunning. Each morning the breakfast had a range of amazing choices. We enjoyed specialty omelettes, fresh pastries, local cuisines. Lunch at the Nook or Ocean was divine! We even had the chance to meet Chef Bomb and learn about the ingredients he uses. The pasta was the best we’ve ever had!! The rooms were perfect and we really appreciated the range of room options. The beach was so quite and well kept. We enjoyed the pool, which was always kept clean. And the playlist for the restaurants and pool was perfect! Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in during our travels. We are very grateful to Ratt, Ton Ton, Chef Bomb, AE, Wai, Pat, and everyone who ensured that we had a beautiful time. We’ll be back and we’re definitely telling others!

We appreciated the early check in, the birthday cake and the late check out. The employees were friendly and helpful. Ate several meals at J’s Restaurant and really enjoyed breakfast and the Thai food at lunch and dinner! Nice resort and the beach was great. Good pool area also.

We loved this property. Even though it was a 'family' resort we found it to be very quiet around the resort and in our room. Our room and bathroom were huge with a nice size balcony. The beach was beautiful and 11km with not many people. We liked the fact that this hotel was secluded as we didn't want the Phuket party scene. We used the bicycles on site for free and booked two tours through the front desk. The restaurant food was delicious but abit expensive and there are 3-4 places to eat within a two minute walk and a minimart just down the road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had the room with the private pool outside the bedroom. This was definitely worth the extra expense. Breakfast buffet was spectacular and included with the room. Staff was excellent and the drink and cool towel at check-in was a wonderful gesture. The only negative was that there was a stinging sensation (jelly fish larvae) in the Sea on the beautiful beach, but that didn't stop us from going in.

Lovely gardens with lots of water features. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Only down side is that we were never able to get sun beds by the pool as others blocked them by putting towels down, even when they were down on the beach, so we never swam in the pool the whole of our stay.

The hotel is somewhat isolated and charges a lot at its restaurants.
But there are three excellent and reasonable Thai restaurants and a mini mart several hundred feet from the hotel.

Two of our kids got sick at the same time on the 4th day here. It was some kind of food poisoning from the restaurant. The hotel refused to do anything about it. They were generally pleasant, but implied that we got it elsewhere (despite haven't eaten exclusively there). They wouldn't even comp the meal that got the kids sick.
There are better options in Phuket with better beaches and cleanlier kitchens!

Drain system didn't work in bathrooms. It was fixed after 4 requests only, but in 1 day situation repeat. In general room was clean, breakfast in restaurant was good. In gym was extremely hot, i guess AC didn't work properly. TV's in room to silent, it is not possible to hear tv or cinema. Also as part of entertainment it was cinema on the yard. One evening it was good but other day nobody come at 9 to start move, we waiting for 20 minutes and then gone.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the beach is amazing, the breakfast was yummy, the rooms are simple with no design. The local restaurant on the beach was super good

We had a problem with a smell in the first room, but the staff was very helpful in getting us settled in a new room. Overall, a very comfortable stay. And the breakfast buffet was great- extensive and tasty.

The hotel was very nice and suitable for family with children. This is a paradise for my son (1.8 years old). The only comment would be on the restaurant management on site. It was very slow and we received the wrong order 3 times. The staffs are friendly though. It's more of a internal management and system from what we can see.
