Loved the location and the fact that it's right on the beach.

We really enjoyed that there was lots of room to spread out in the property with three bedrooms and three floors. The dryer wasn't working when we first got there but the property manager responded promptly and had it fixed. Beach access was very convenient as noted in the listing and we enjoyed walking on the beach each night. My only disappointment was that there is a huge dune between the property and the beach. I was hoping to sit on the deck and listen to the ocean and that wasn't possible. The location of the dune meant that the noise from the AC units echoed back and drowned out any possible sound from the beach. We had an excellent view of the ocean from the primary bedroom, but the neighbor's trees and the dune obscured the view from most of the deck on the main floor.

We had a great vacation! Very easy to find, good location! Its not a corner unit but it is beach front. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms! Not enough "comfy" seating in the living room, at least it was a long couch! There was some cookware not very many dishes to eat off of or store leftovers. Small coffe pot. No real beach view from the main living area only the master bedroom... it needs some updating and a little tlc! The owner/rental company was very nice to work with! All in all it worked out and we had a great time!

Great location. Host was quick with responses and is very friendly. There were some issues with home maintenance that was brought to the host’s attention. We could not use the kitchen due to one of the issues. The master bedroom is great! Perfect view and bed is very comfortable. The rest of the beds-not so much. Again, some updates and general maintenance would have made this stay better. It’s steps from the beach and we enjoyed our time outside. It’s also very close to grocery stores, etc., and a quick drive to Virginia Beach area.

Even though the weather was cold, we still managed to take a walk on the beach. Enjoy being able to step out and be a few steps from the beach. Great restaurants are a long walk or short drive away.

Our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family to meet for a Christmas vacation. The condo backs up to the beach and has beautiful views from the primary bedroom and living room. It is just a short walk to the end of building to get to the beach access, don’t forget your beach chairs if you want to hang out at the beach all day. we had plenty of room to spread out with a bedroom on the 1st floor with its own toilet and shower and a spiral staircase to the living room. 2nd floor has a half bath, kitchen, with a large island to make meal prep easy, dining table and living room area with desk and lots of books for kids and adults to enjoy plus a balcony to enjoy sitting and listening to the waves crash or watching the birds and squirrels. 3rd floor has the primary bedroom with a wall of windows to look out plus the bathroom has a big jacuzzi tub and standalone shower. 3rd bedroom also on 3rd floor has bunk beds and bathroom with toilet and shower. We had a great time, the condo was 30 mins or less from everywhere we wanted to go. The owner was easy to contact during the whole process, including extending our stay before we came when we realized we wanted to stay longer.

Beautiful location, spacious home. Could use some more attention. Appears to be a newer VRBO owner. Would recommend visiting another VRBO to see some of their ammenities. Some basic necessities were not provided in home that would be expected (pillows and blankets for fold out couch, a toaster would be a nice item to have).

Close location to beach! Every room has its own bathroom which is great for getting ready. Pet friendly so we could bring our small dog. Beautiful views out of the master bedroom and we even saw a battleship! Host answered all questions in a fast manner and rental agency was prompt to contact you as soon as you checked in to let you know they were available. Could use some more seating in LR for families. Would definitely return.
