Nice place. They prepared the place to have everything we would need for a day (water, clothes and dish detergents, beach accessories, coffee for days, everything you need to cook and drink anything). Owner was always quick with responding and very helpful.

Very comfortable stay for our family. Coffee on the porch with a water view was a very nice way to start the day. Close the beaches. Immediate response to any questions. Would rent again!

The condo was just as cute as pictured (great furnishings and decor). It had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking this condo again.

This property was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The property manager had superior communication skills and was so prompt to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

My family had a wonderful long weekend here. It was extremely easy to get in, the place was very clean and organization was great! Easy to access what we needed. The location is great and love having the pool on the water to enjoy the nice breeze. The balcony is also very private. Highly recommend! 👍

We were very impressed with all the details this VRBO offered. (clear directions, labels and extra linens, just to name a few) The entire place has been re-done and it all made for a very clean, easy and enjoyable stay. We actually showed it to our friends in the area so they could recommend to their friends and family.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo is in a great location on Tierra Verde. Easy to get to the beaches and downtown St. Pete. It is beautifully updated, spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The pool was very nice. The hosts are very responsive. We would definitely come back again.

The condo is immaculate. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet near to the very best the St. Pete Beach area has to offer. Owners are very responsive. Great rental!

We had such a great time here! The condo was beautiful, bright, clean, and quiet. It’s proximity to the beaches and Ft. De Soto made our stay even more relaxing because we did not have to drive far to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. My friend and I agreed that this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!

My family has stayed in several different units on this property and this one might be my favorite. The interior is beautifully appointed and felt like we were staying in a hotel, complimented by a picturesque water view. We had no issues and were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 3 kiddos (9, 6, and 2). The bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and laundry in unit were life savers for us. The unit was clean and beautifully updated. Very close to Fort deSoto. We would definitely stay again as our travels often bring us to the Tampa/ St Pete area. Thank you!!
