We had a wonderful stay at this great property, while in town for my niece’s wedding. The location on the water is perfect, and the house was clean and well thought out. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and lots of little extras you don’t often find in a rental home. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and care into their property. Our only suggestion would be to remove the loose boards with rusty nails down by the little beach area…this would have been a dangerous hazard if we had children in our group. Other than that, we have nothing but great things to say about our experience. Thank you Tom and Nancy!

This was the perfect house for our family - my wife and I plus 4 adult 'kids'. Everything inside was comfortable and clean, but we spent most of the time outside. We brought our kayaks and launched from the nice sand beach. We also found that you can walk quite a way into the water and it's still only a few feet deep. We all loved the hot tub and spent most nights sitting around the fire table.

Beautiful home but I would highly recommend for couples without children that really want privacy and peace and quiet. There was not really enough to do and had to travel a good amount of distance for attractions etc. The small little beach at the end of the property is not really a beach and very difficult to get to with all the rocks. No dock and the time we stayed was miserably hot and extremely buggy. Flies and mosquitoes were terrible. I bet this location would be great in the fall.

Visiting the Chesapeake area for the first time, the property exceeded our expections. The location and views were exceptional. The check in was simple and the property was clean and well maintained. Would definately return.

I recently stayed at this charming Cottage and had a wonderful experience overall. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Tom was incredibly hospitable and made sure my stay was comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation.

Lovely house on the water. Feels like new with all the renovations. We had cool weather but enjoyed relaxing and taking in the view from inside and from the hot tub. Great central location for exploring the Eastern Shore. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Immaculate home, beautifully organized, and well-stocked with all the essentials! We really liked the open floor plan in the main living area. This was perfect for our family. We enjoyed sunrise from the Adirondack chairs and relaxed in the (clean!) hot tub. Owners were timely in all communication and check-in/check-out procedures were clearly described.

This was an amazing place to stay. The sunrises allowed you to start fresh everyday. The open layout of the home provides all the opportunity in the world to keep in communication with the group and does an amazing job keeping everyone engaged with each other. Just a 8 minute drive to see sunsets that make your jaw drop! Great home, the host were ultra reaponsive. It allowed us to have the vaction my family deserved.

I highly recommend this perfect Chesapeake Cottage! We had a wonderful girls weekend! The location was quiet and quaint with beautiful views. The cottage was clean and welcoming with beautiful modern decor. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We didn’t want leave it was so nice. Would definitely book this house again.

Property is larger than appears on website. View of bay in morning is simply awesome! Layout is outstanding and easy to find amenities. Owners are very nice, responsive and provide very detailed information in check in and check out guide. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for couples and/or small family get together. This is already one of my favorite Vrbo stays.

Everything about this cottage on the bay is perfect. Easy to book, great communications from the owners, a beautiful 3 BR cottage, modern, clean, and a beautiful view of the bay. Easy drive to shops and restaurants. Watch the stunning sunrises from the cottage or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water , a fire table for cool evenings or just ambiance - just relax and enjoy the stay.
