Stay was good, would have had a better review if the shower didn’t constant leak while using all Over the bathroom floor. Plus there is a loud night club beside the hotel. Only noticed it Friday night and Saturday night.

I liked the community feeling on the streets around ULIV. People were very pleasant.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Beach House. The family suite was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. My 2-year old enjoyed the pool very much, and I enjoyed the coffee shop located in the lobby. One suggestion I have for Beach House is to have more clothing irons. They only had 3, and other guests were already using them so I couldn’t iron my clothes. The floor was also a little dirty.

Everything was excellent!! From the welcoming front desk Javier to the very nice and efficient cleaning lady.
The only downfall was that we never got to use the pool or jacuzzi because it was always full with the same people.
And the bathroom was extremely small but the great shower made up for it!!

It was a very nice property; however, the entire room was very dirty; floors, toilet, shower, shower curtain, just everything in general. Not a little dirty but you could tell it had not been cleaned at all.

The property is cute and the rooms are clean. The main issue we have was with the pool area. The water was filthy and when we complained to the desk, All they said was that they would notify maintenance but did not offer any immediate solution. Half the appeal to our visit was a little pool and hot tub time. Without those amenities, we elected to check out the same day and look for other options.

Staff wanted to charge for everything. We tipped $5 everyday but the staff didn’t provide toilet paper or actual clean towels. Don’t trust the pictures. It’s all dirty. Towels had smudges and the floor was dirty as well as the pool.

We got a room on the third floor, surprise, no elevator, the room was nice, clean, good shower, comfortable bed, but there constant stream of cars, buses and ambulances made it very difficult to sleep well

It's a nice property overall considering the price. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition to the stay. The manager at the office was super friendly and gave us great recommendations. The only thing was that maybe the sheets could be washed with more bleach as the stains on the sheets weirded me out, although I'm sure they were clean, it just feels strange to sleep or use to wash myself knowing they're there. Great location, just enough walking distance to the main area.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. The staff is amazing and the coffee shop on site was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a home away from home.

1. The room didn't look much like the photos that prompted us to book the room. It was a LOT smaller, and it was a lot darker. The photos in the Expedia listing showed larger, bright rooms.
2. The quiet hours for the pool area were not enforced. Noise went until past 11pm.
3. There was no hot water, so we went without a shower. We did let the water run for a good 5 minutes!
4. The lotion dispenser was empty, and when I went to tell the front desk, they said they'd come refill it, but they never did.

Clean, updated modern. We enjoyed having a full kitchenette suite in our room. The pool was clean well maintained. Property was well-maintained. Front desk was very helpful and the coffee shop inside of the front office was also a great addition.

My bathroom floor had sum very noticeable hair follicles on the floor and in the sink. The jacuzzi was not filled enough to soak in completely. The propery was cute n clean overall. Very tight parking. The front desk staff was the best!

We stayed at this property with my son and daughter and wife and my mom. The family suite was perfect. Two queen beds and a full-size pullout couch will be definitely staying again very close to all downtown and very convenient parking.

For the first time staying there I got a Delux single room also know as Habitación Sencilla, huge window, unfortunately there were people in front of the room fixing their motorcycle… so it was loud.
Room was clean, I love their layout inside, their front desk personnel, was just great and friendly people.

Very noisy guests once they arrived at 1 am , I contacted to the property thru what's app number showed on the web and the person on charged he just responded to me " thank as for contacting us, what can I help you"?
I reported the incident and he never get back to me , next day I told to front desk guy I he just answered me " oh the security guy went to tell them to be quiet but the gust did not followed his directions.
Other thing is across the street there is like a theater so it was to noisy Thursday and Friday night .
I do not recommend the place to rest in a weekend , other than that is at your own risk.

The shower curtain was dirty, when I say dirty it’s like months with no wash it, no mop was done, sofa couch was color light gray, with a lot of dirty and grease stains , no bedding extra for the sofa .
High price, low higiene.
