It was easy access and great place to rest !

Quaint little inn at the entrance of town. Owners are very kind individuals that take pride in their business. Any request we had were immediately fixed or supplied. Overall stay was quite pleasant. The sheets and blankets provided a comfortable coziness. The room had a clean feeling to it when we walked in. Overall we had a good trip and would stay again. Pros: -Comfortable beds -Comfortable sheets -Great location -Nice Owners/Staff -Smaller Inn (location size wise) -Nice clean pool (3ft-6ft) -Room/bathroom was roomy -No duvet covers Cons: -A/C only goes down to 66 (which feels more like 72) -Pillows need protectors (mold/stains) -Lowest bed cover needs bleach (stained) -There is no maid service (rooms aren't serviced daily which becomes a problem when staying for multiple days -No ice machine -Ceilings are low -Room needs broom due to sand

My son, grandson, and I spent two nights here and we were so pleased. The room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable, clean room, everything worked great, and we were very happy to have stayed here. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and so helpful.

Very nice place, spacious , nice pool

Stained white towels, loose shower faucet & shower head, bed not very comfortable. Needed about 15 extra min for checkout and they told us we can have 5 minutes extra.

Great location! It is across the street from beach, we preferred to drive though due to hwy traffic.The new ownership has turned this place around. I only had 1 complaint (which the roof was too low for my brother) at check-in and the owner put us in a new room that was much better! Clean room! Great Service! Great pool! Definitely will be back!

Older motel but very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, easy walk to the beach

There was no trash can in the room but other than that no other complaints staff was friendly rooms were clean a major plus was the counter top stove microwave and refrigerator. We'll be returning

This place is disgusting! I booked it for one of our salesmen who has been willing to sleep in his car and shower at beach showers and he called me to tell me how freaking bad this place is. It appears that ALL of the glowing reviews are from friends, relatives, hookers, etc as none are even close to being true. The shower dribbled out water, the room was full of condensation so badly that my salesman slipped on the floor when he entered the room. Management refused to re-locate him. Apparently this is the best they had.? :-(

Hotel was good. Restrooms were extra spacious which is awesome after a day at the beach. I reserved online with Expedia, once I checked in they asked for a $40 cash deposit on top of the room fee, which I did not know about. They asked how many people would be staying in the room (that was new to me) and parking was very limited. Decent experience but I probably won’t be staying again.

New management was here when I booked. Great service. Clean rooms. Had no problems here whatsoever. Would and probably will come back again!

Went to visit Rockport with my daughter for an art event at the Rockport center for the arts Love the town! very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The manager was very friendly. Will recomend

Its decent, clean with small kitchen. Could use more towels in the bathroom. But owner is commutative. Deposit required at window after signing in. The property is under construction.
