We were not sent access code to key box. Had to wait 40 mins

For the most part, looked exactly like the pictures, worth the value. It was a nice little apartment, clean however, the room smelt a little and the outside smelt of bins.

We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom with living room for 1 week within walking distance to Church Tavern pub and fields for sports event. Need to open windows in hot weather is right on the street with people walking by but got used to it. Being able to do laundry is great. No reception just instructions that did not come for hours and had to call the property by Whatsapp. Stayed in another suite for 3 people was big and roomy but no hot water. Having no reception desk to be able to talk to someone was a negative but I would stay again. Garbage bins outside were not tidy. Get to parking early so that you get a spot.

Spacious and clean apartment. Quiet with very friendly staff. She made such a huge impression.

Lovely apartment and in a perfect location. My only issue was upon arrival I still had not received and of the key codes to access the building or the key safe for the door key. Messages for this came through after I had checked out. However, after using the text number I was sent the info I needed. The apartment could do with a fan in the warm weather. It was very hot in the apartment. Everything else was perfect thank you.

Everything you need. Hob had a chip and floor tile as well. Maybe grey silicon in the holes in tiles in bathroom would be better. But clean and fresh

Nobody on reception - it's basically an apartment block with full time residents and the rest they rent out. I didn't like the look if it one bit and booked a Travelodge

Excellent communication of all the information needed for the stay. The building itself is quiet but a little bit of road noise. Amazing location for the Alexander Stadium - it is literally on the other side of the road from the entrance.

I booked this apartment as I was in Birmingham attending an event over 3 days. Having looked it only had 1 bedroom but did have a sofa bed, so was happy to book as I needed 2 beds. Lots of great communication just before the day of travel with information on car park, code to get into building, key safe code, etc. Apartment was on 2nd floor, there is a lift. Nice bright aparment, good sized bathroom with large shower cubicle. Table with 4 chairs to sit at for meals, hob and oven as well as microwave oven, fridge/freezer as well. Washing machine (we did not use). No plug for sink in kitchen and no tin opener. The TV at venue did not have any terrestrial channels and the wifi in the apartment was poor. When we came to go to bed, there was no bedding for the sofa bed except for 2 pillows. On the first evening I contacted the owners by text asking what could be done about the TV and getting bedding for sofa bed. Got a reply that evening for further information and that they could arrange for the next morning. I text back the following morning with what we needed and never got a reply and never got any items asked for. Could not park in car park on first night, but got space on every other night there. Apartment is right next to busy dual carriageway (A34) so with windows open it was noisy.

It was a good experience, but two points for improvement are that there was no preparation for summers (hot weather), such as no fans were provided, and the windows should be soundproof. Even when they were closed, we could easily hear the sound of the traffic from outside.

Over all a nice place to stay.. i did message the provider with some concerns which they have not responded to (such is life) place could have done with a good clean and a visit from maintenance. my stay wasnt expensive so id say defo value for money .. however value for money an unclen property is never acceptable.

The apartment was clean and tidy with all the facilities required. Unfortunately the car park was covered in litter including used nappies. There was a very strong smell of canabis both in the car park area and also the foyer area. And someone was playing music quite loudly until approximately 01:30 in the morning. On arrival the toilet was slightly soiled.

The unit was not as pictured. Amenities in the original listing were missing, like the washing machine (you can see where it used to be but has been removed). Also the dishwashing fee was a little ironic, considering the lack of hand towels and bathroom trash can, or extra pillows or blankets. Lamps and pictures on the walls were visibly askew with major scuffs on the walls. You could hear neighboring units fairly loudly, and the internet kept dropping out during our two day stay. The bathroom was the nicest part, and there were shower tiles broken off and a lot of mildew. It definitely was a “shoes-stay-on” kind of vibe. We will not be returning here if we come back to Birmingham.

Sympathy was pleasant east to check in good communication heating didn’t work however there was a heater there was nice and clean. Couod do with an updated a little bit more modern otherwise good stay

I don't usually share reviews but i felt like i had to for this stay. We were staying in apartment 6 and the decore didn't match any of the pictures we viewed of the property before booking. The decore and layout in 6 was bitterly disappointing compared to what i thought we were getting. Almost like a bait and switch it was so different. The windows were apparently sound proof - but they were so thin i had to check they weren't open because it was so damn noisy. The cutlery was extremely limited - both the glasses and utensils were dirty. There is a fine if you don't do the washing up which we found laughable considering everything was dirty. There was also no equipment to do the washing up and the sink didn't have a plug! The communication was a bit hap hazard and not particularly clear or straight-forward. The one message i did sent was ignored. There was no allocated parking and one evening we had to drive around the streets of Birmingham looking for somewhere to park which was most disconcerting late at night. The pillows in the spare room were awful, there were cushions which we could use to supplement so that's something. The curtains were terrible & let loads of light in, blinds would have been a much better idea here. The only positives are that the shower was nice and the beds were reasonably comfortable - if you can get past the incredibly noisy main road / paper thin windows & appalling curtains.

This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed dishes but there was not a plug for the sink. Maybe this is why dishes were put away dirty. I managed to wash all of mine though.

Up to date communication no problem parkibg or getting into building, apartment was just what we need local to shops and 17mins from where we needed to be , however Saturday night no parking spaces and windows could do with replacing mouldy.but it wouldn't put us off using again

Corridors had a bad odour. You could sense that the rooms have had people smoke in them previously. Other than that, it was okay.

Very good , comforable had a great sleep Very handy for the buses. Shops near by Would definitely stay again

Amazing apartment, very clean and well equipped. Communication with owners was excellent. Will 100% recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

The stay was nice but finding parking was a bit of an issue. Also never been to a hotel that charges if we don’t clean the dishes, didn’t really like that. Also there was only one towel that was abit annoying.

You get what you pay for. The accommodation reminds me of a student hall of residence. The room itself was very rough and worn around the edges. Furniture is beaten up, gouges in walls, nasty window treatments etc. That said, the kitchenette is fairly well appointed and the shower was nice. Parking is an issue as the hotel acknowledges when you make the booking, and the parking area at the rear of the building is strewn with rubbish. Strong pot smell in the corridors throughout the hotel. There are no staff onsite to speak with, but I did get a quick response from the phone number they provided in pre-stay texts. Overall, somewhere basic to sleep and store your clothes but that's about it.

Our stay here was really nice. Downside, we missed out on a parking space in the allocated car park but other than that the apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and the refreshments provided were more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again

In the apartment it was really nice and cosy. Facilities were very good. Close link to Birmingham, needed somewhere to stay for the christmas markets would definately recommend. Check in process was pretty easy, the car parking permits could be simpler but again its a minor point. The WiFi didnt seem to work, but had phone signal anyway. Toilet needs a little bit of maintance work but apart from that everyting was great! Naps Inn do send far too many emails on approach to the stay but thats a minor inconvience.

The apartment was clean, quiet and very spacious. The car park was very small and struggled to get a parking space. The only other issue was, there was to many emails which where duplicated and could get confusing. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

This property was clean, comfy & spacious. Communication with Kiran was fast and he was a lovely host. We especially like self-check in apartments and this one was very easy to check in and out of, no issues or complaints for our stay. Free parking as well! 😊
