Size of the house was fine for 4 adults 2 toddlers

Parking stated one off road and then on road parking - people parked across access of driveway, and drop curb wasn’t very ‘dropped’ to get onto property. Water heating was not on and we had no idea how to turn this on. So we had no hot water all weekend. The house was genuinely not very clean at all. The ‘games room’ was just two table top games in a conservatory that had no heating so was absolutely freezing, and could not be used it was that cold.

Our stay would have been made easier if the heating and hot water had been sorted out before our arrival for a week of night works. That said, the issue was resolved but not until we'd been there 3N.

House was very warm and cosy. Downstairs shower room was lovely.

External rubbish bins were overflowing and the bin men refused to take the previous people’s rubbish as they had put the wrong items in recycling. Despite reporting this to the agents at the very start of our stay- nothing was done about it and the cleaner- at the end- simply smiled and nodded. There was not enough cooking equipment to be able to cook for 6 let alone the 9 they state can fit in the house. In one of the bedrooms, you could not access the wardrobe due to the location of the beds. Games room is more suited to very small children.
