Nice hotel, fairly priced, and a good location.

This room was just fine for the most part. Hotel is a bit old and needs a major renovation. Shower was really tricky to use.

I was in the room and someone walked in the room without nocking. She just stood there and looks at me. I asked housekeeping? She just looked at me and walked away. I was in the lobby and I was asked if I wanted to make some quick cash. I was asked if I was alone.

Unprofessional and blood on walls in bathroom and sink stopped up

Very very rude customer service very racial profiling and everything else me and my children went to stay there because we are currently homeless and they allow pets cuz we have our psychiatric service dogs and they were just very rude and very bothered anytime we had a question or anything like that they just would with the attitude be very apprehensive to answer it or very nonchalant about whatever it was we were trying to ask them there was mold on my blankets and pillows I even took pictures

Bed was very comfortable. Room nice. My small disappointment was that there was not a drinking cup/glass in the room.

Nothing amazing or even good. Sinks wouldn't drain, bed sheets had boot prints, there was mold, bathroom light wasn't working, sticky stuff in fridge. Front desk staff was not responsive and barely spoke English. Not sure if i got it all, but suffice to say super 8 needs to pull the super out of the title. The majority of the new managers and owners are brining the worst parts of where they left and bringing those standards here. 0 if i could

Customer service was spotty. Room was not cleaned and ready by check in time so I had to wait an extra hour just to get in. Shower head was not able to be turned off so it had to be left running. Would not recommend

Room was dirty. Sheets were dingy. Blankets had cigarette holes. It was a hassle to get extra towels. No early check-in. Had to break in to the room after spending the day in town, because the security lock engaged when housekeeping finished.

The place was COMPLETELY DISCUSSING WITHROACH INVESTED ROOM , WATER DRAINING FROM SINK ONTO THE FLOOR, FLOORS DIRTY, THE NEXT ROOM they put me in after making me wait until the next day was nasty with hair all over floor sink and tub with an ac that barley blew air , they then tried to move me to a room that was covered in mold including the Bed sheets and cover! My door was open when i came back later that day they didnt understand me, thwy refuseto lookat cameras and were extremely rude !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RUIN YOUR HEALTH ! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR COMFORT!!!!

I had sister in ICU at Oschner's in NOLA so I booked reservation for 3 nights online. Upon check in, they charged me upfront for entire stay (red flag 1). I didn't sleep there on first night, I stayed in ICU. I went to hotel next day, took shower there were drain flies everywhere, in shower, on floor, on bed, nightstand, etc. (red flag 2). I went to front desk to check out around 4 pm so I requested for refund for the third night in which I did not stay, in fact, I did not even sleep there after seeing all the drain flies and yes I have pictures. Since I booked my reservation via Expedia, they reached out to Super 8 hotel and could not reach anyone (red flag 3). Finally, the location on this hotel is located in an area that I would say NOT safe (red flag 4). I booked a room at the Brent House on premises of Oschner's hospital for the remainder of my stay which was another 2 nights. To this day, Super 8 hotel never refunded the third night's stay in which I left early. These people only want to take your money upfront, can not be reached, will not resolve any of your concerns or issues and do not care about your comfort. I can NOT recommend this hotel to any of my fellow Americans. I hope you find my review helpful when looking at this hotel. Do not allow yourself to be tricked like myself and please do not allow the cheap price to drive your decision in booking this hotel. They need to get professional exterminator to rid of drain flies out of guests' rooms.

I will never stay at this motel again! Black mold growing everywhere, toilets don’t flush! They leave the windows unlocked!! Another time I stayed there my bed was flooded with water along with my suitcase! Deplorable conditions!!!!

I am with a pilice K9 team working security for the superdome and most all of our team booked this hotel in advance for 4 nights not knowing situation there. Upon check in our forst room was full of black mold allover the ceiling walls bathroom and all. Not to memtion door could just be kicked in. Asked to be moved and was told give me time as it was 3th of july and they were all reserved. 2 hrs later came to move me and my other 2 roommates next room was also full of mold. We were tired and had to be up early for 3 days of 18hr shifts. The 3rd room didnt have any mold visable so we moved to that room. After all the trouble we go to take showers and the tub wouldnt drain. Absolutely horrible place!!!!! We came to protect the city with highly trained k9s and this is our treatment. Lesson learned!

Staff was terrible, Room was not cleaned properly, bathroom tub had stains, there were stains on the floor, cigarette burns on the bed while it was a non smokers room, staff was rude after I asked can we get another room I was told no Several times. I wish I could add the pictures

Not a good hotel, gave credit card for "incidentals" it was charged and the next day had numerous fraud online charges on my number. Had to clear with credit card company, first time using the number and card. Beware!!

3rd time going to this property and the sheets were dirty and blood on the wall bath tub was dirty I had a bad experience told front desk about it and nothing was done I wish I could get a refund back at this point.

Walls were like paper. The sounds traveled everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had no hot water. Stuff was pulled out of the walls and the door to the next room was broken.

Do not stay here! Staff was argumentative. I’m a mobility impaired person and I was given a room where the door wouldn’t open. Having to go back and forth to the office numerous times to get a working room was miserable.

I’m handicapped and I told the front desk that I needed a room on the 1st floor and she said that they don’t have rooms on the first floor and they do have rooms on the first floor I had to get my wife to carry all of our luggage and food to the room on the second floor and she had to help me get up there and my room was not cleaned yet and had to wait another hour before she would send the house keeper up to clean my room check in is at 3:00 and couldn’t get in my room until 4:15 the front desk was so rude and couldn’t understand nothing she was saying I won’t stay at this motel ever again
