Absolutely beautiful home in lovely Ventura with breathtaking views all the way to the ocean. It was a perfect location for visiting Ojai, Solvang and Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

I had family visiting from Germany and I was their tour guide. We needed a house near the LA area and I wanted to give them an experience, not just a place to sleep. This house was perfect. Views of the ocean from every room. Such a relaxing, warm and welcoming home. They loved it as did I!

My husband and I met our two adult children for three nights day, and Raptors view exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are beautiful. The beds and linens were so comfortable. There were lots of little extras that made us feel welcome and the hosts were very responsive to our every need. I highly recommend Raptors view

My husband and I stayed here with our son and his wife for a week. Property and amenities matched the description. We took daily walks in the neighborhood and the hills were a great cardio workout! Close to Main Street and the beach. Views of the Channel Islands, hawks and city lights at night were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and appliances in great condition. There is a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter and the host supplied coffee. Lots of tea selections as well. Filtered water from the refrigerator alleviated the need to buy bottled water. Bathrooms were well stocked, beds were comfortable and towels plentiful. Highly recommend.

Thanks for a wonderful experience. What a fabulous hose and view! We placed a pot at the master bedroom entrance to catch rainwater leaking through the skylight edge.

Stayed for 7 days with my wife and 3 adult sons. This may be my favorite VRBO to date. The house was roomy, private, well maintained, comfortable and the view!!!!!!! could have (and did) spend most of the time sitting out on the wrap around deck and soaked in the most spectacular view. I recommend this palce to anyone!!!
