The staff greeted us with a smile. She was super nice which made my stay more pleasant!! All staff personnel were very courteous and friendly. Big round applause 👋

Stay was nice great location nice place. but In room 201 a constant clicking noise whenever water was used. And could have been cleaner long hairs in the floors.

Housy Laureles is the best place to stay and safe too..

Water was cold the entire stay when they came to fix it it worked for maybe an hr and cold again. Blood on my bed and mold on walls. When I told them it was tomorrow we can change the sheets for you. Ok what about today I’m supposed to sleep on a dirty bed. So then he offered to give me a sheet for the top of the bed for the mean time. My room was a box literally no sofa or place to sit. When I told them they said my room was supposed to be bigger but they didn’t have anything else. When I asked to change rooms they said they did not have anything available.

I’ve stayed in this property 3 times in the last 3 months and every time I’ve stayed, they impressed me even more! Customer service, Location, Building Staff, Cleanliness, and The Price is off the charts! No complaint what so ever! I would recommend this to Families with kids and or singles or couples who want a upscale, quiet, and COZY place!

The location and staff are great. Water was Luke warm at its best.

Be mindful that you will not get new towels. Also the wifi wil drive you crazy here. It only works in the Living room/ kitchen area of the apartment. Walking distance to almost anything you need.

The place was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The cleaning isn’t very good. Room was extremely hot we couldn’t sleep. There is no lobby area or any place to get a snack or lounge within the hotel.

Really well run establishment, had all info correct and up to date. Willing to help or make your requests fulfilled without delays

The only three thing I didn’t like the first something broke accidentally in the apartment because of the Highwinds coming through the window object broke and they charge me for it that wasn’t even worth the price of Vase and the second thing is they didn’t even have full central air-conditioning in the apartment only thing they had portable air conditioning unit in bedrooms doesn’t even keep bedroom cool for a place that’s hot and humid in Medellin and the third thing if you rent a car for building that has 18 apartments.They only have room for five vehicles in there garage. I’ll never rent in this place again 👎

It was a good and comfortable stay overall. However if someone arrives with a car there is a quite important thing is to take into account. Parking lot on premises is extremely limited (just 4 vehicles). I stayed in here for 5 nights but the parking spot was unavailable for the whole stay. I had to park my car on the street...
