The service I received during my stay here was top notch and far beyond expectation. I arrived very early in the morning around 5 or 6am, the staff kindly greeted me at the gate with such a warm welcome. The room was clean, facilities were great, breakfast was also good with a variety of selections. The highlight was definitely the attitude and the great service the staff provide, all of them greeted me with such sincere smiles during every interaction and made sure I was comfortable during the entire stay. I also observed how helpful they were in assisting foreigners to navigate the city-including organising transport to the airport. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is exceptional. I stayed in a single room for 3 nights. The decoration, the design, the quality of equipment, the toilet and shower were far beyond my expectations, including high quality toiletries. You find bottled water (2), all-in-one instant coffee (2) alongside the kettle, replaced daily. And on your arrival, you find some nice selection of snacks, candies and fruits in your room. And a lighter selection is available at the reception all day. The breakfast is open buffet for 6 days, changing slightly each day with some special dish, and it includes good quality fresh coffee too, butter, bread, milk, flakes, and local dishes and fruits for sure. If you are not good with chopsticks like me, they have a lot of fork and knife. For Sunday, you need to check among 8 fixed selections on Saturday. It will be ready exactly on the time you asked for. The English level is higher than big business hotels, and it eases all process during your stay. The manager, she is always on her duty, very kind and helpful. Location is great, just in downtown, in 5-7 minutes walking distance to Wenshu Monestary and the metro station. The wifi connection is stable and fast. My two Chinese colleagues stayed for 2 nights too. They were first suspicious about my choice, recommended regular big business hotel but after seeing the hotel, they enjoyed the hotel and admitted that this was a great choice. Overall, great experience and I will definitely prefer Xinshu Garden Inn for my future stays.

Very clean room, friendly staff, nice environment, good location.

The breakfast is wonderful and better than many restaurants. Everyday the menu for breakfast is different in one week. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are greeting everyone with a big smile and provide best efforts to comfort guests.

位于成都文殊院，位置非常好到核心商圈出行方便，居住环境很安静，房间非常干净，有窗户，前台客服人员非常热情，有亲切感。酒店配置非常棒，性价比高，比较惊喜的是早餐居然有我最喜欢的冰草🌿作为配菜，有小确幸的感觉。戏剧化的是我出行匆忙将随身物品遗落在房间了，工作人员及时与我取得联系，特别感谢前台工作人员，一次愉快的居住体验，下次还会选择……

Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile. La stanza bellissima e super confort con tutte le sue feature come il televisore grosso, le tende che si aprono e il bagno fantastico. Lo shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma forniti erano di altissimo livello. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri. La posizione molto comoda vicino ad un monastero

Staff was super! They speak English, and they can help with everything you need. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of different choices. My room was clean and comfortable. Small garden inside is very nice.

I was impressed by how attentive, helpful and professional the staff was. Visited in December 2023 and it was unexpectedly cold, so they provided some warm jackets. The hotel si fully refurbished and it has everything you need and more (including intelligent toilet seats). We had a twin room and the beds were huge. Everything was suuuper clean, the location was amazing, I have to mention the staff again…all in all…I would recommend it to my friends and family and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was amazing! They really took care of every detail. Helping and guiding me to discover the surroundings and making the most of my time there . Location is pretty convenient. Easy to take the metro and connect anywhere

前台和老板很好很有礼貌，酒店很新很干净，地理位置不错，虽然离景区近但是很安静。早餐吃的也不错，因为有一天我没法吃早餐老板还给我带了好多零食和水果。

如果浴室里可以有架子放洗发水沐浴液就更好了

I was confused with getting to the hotel, because there was another XiShu location in the district which was abandoned, so I get my taxi at the wrong place at first time. But stuff was super nice and helped me to find right place
