We just had problems with the TV not working couple lights in the room not working.

If you are going to stay here, bring ear plugs to sleep. It is so loud!

The customer service was horrible and front staff appeared untrained. I was provided a room and when I got to the room it was still being cleaned.

The only complaint I have is online it states cribs are available. When we checked in she said it should not state that online, that there are none available. So we got no sleep in fear of a baby rolling off the bed. Other than that everything was awesome. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The shamppo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion smelled soooo good. Beds were comfy and it was very clean.

The pool table and lounge area really needs to be away from the lobby. So many kids running around and loud. Could hardly hear and had to fight to get to the elevators. Didn't even want to check out the pool after seeing that chaos. We were on the 3rd floor people above were loud! Could hear people in the hallways running and talking. Top sheet on the mattress kept coming off from the top, it was like the elastic corners were stretched out. Little black hair in the bathroom sink...I didn't see any others around so I just rinsed them down.

A very basic room,no frills. Customer service is very low.

Convenient, affordable, and clean

Beautiful, spacious lobby. Everything was clean, comfortable and relaxing!

The blind didnt go down all the way so the lights from the parking lot were eye level whe laying in the bed. The main road is literally 6 feet from the front of the hotel. We heard every car, motorcycle, ambulance, police car that flew by in the night. Anyone that walked by in the hallway or moved in the next room was loud and clear. Te smkke detector blinks over the bed. Unfortunately sleepimg was not an option. Overall the cleanliness was good. Hotel is only a year old. The breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

I paid for a king bed and when I get here all they have is two queens bed

Property and rooms are nice miss having cups in room or having scratch pad or ink pens tv you need to use close captions hard to hear even if volume is on 40. Breakfast is ok nothing special Pool is indoor not heated so water is quite chilly.

The hotel was convenient for a lot of reasons. The only issue was the pool was unclean and one particular staff member was unkind a time or two.

This hotel has decreased in cleanliness and quality of staff dramatically over the past 6 months. It used to be my go to hotel since it is very convenient for work, but after my last stay i have decided to look at other options for my next stay. Cleaning of rooms is supposed to happen every other day. Cleaning for this hotel is just new towels. The front desk staff was exceptionally rude at check in and did not have the king size bed available, which I reserved. ‘Aint got nun’ and ‘you want your money back’ was the response. Never an apology or an attempt to make things right. Tru is a brand I usually go to…but would encourage you to think twice about this specific location.

I definitely enjoyed the pool table and aesthetic of the hotel. My only issue was there was no wifi unless you were a member, to be charged for a basic necessity was odd. But I enjoyed my short stay none the less.

Our room was dirty. The floor was sticky.

I loved walking into a clean environment to friend staff! My room was perfect for a quick overnight trip! No complaints here.

We booked thru hotels.com but when we got there they didn’t have our room and said they were booked. We did find another hotel to stay nearby. Just hoping the money for the room we booked thru hotels.com comes back to the account. I know it happens.

This property is great for travelers who are on business. There is plenty of "work spaces" in the lounge area. The rooms don't have microwaves, the microwave is in the common area. The walls could have been wiped off, refreshed from a few stains.

This hotel is very nice. We stayed for one night to meet up with family. 2 kids and 2 adults. The room had an accessible bath since I'm 8 months pregnant and it helped so much. The room was very clean and spacious. My husband and I went down for coffee at night and grabbed a snack from the kiosk. They have a pool table and quiet areas for reading or working. They also had hot chocolate as well which I enjoyed. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again if we come into town again.

Very clean and by the highways, easy access

There was only one chair to sit on. There wasn’t enough room to lay suitcases down. The space for hanging clothes was very small. No soap holder in the shower for people who prefer or need to use their own soap.

Very friendly staff

Mattress was too soft and my husband was miserable, unable to sleep well. The shower floor was slick from shampoo/conditioner, could be hazardous and should be addressed with better shower floor grips for safety. The property and room were clean, however breakfast in the morning was extremely unpleasant due to a large african/america family that was rude by their overtly loud conduct. Front desk manager should have asked them to be respectful of others.

Nice and clean. Safe and quiet. Close to the ballpark.

I drove 4.5 hours to get here and arrived at 1:50 pm. I was told i had to wait until 2 to go to my room or there woukd be an additional charge. So i went and filled the car with gas and returned at 2:35 pm. Then i was told that my room may or may not be ready. So i waited another 15 minutes for someone to verify that. While waiting i explained i was here for a baseball tournament and that i may need to extend my stay and that i would find out tonight.she told me she would extend it by 1 night. We won the ballgame and therefore need to extend our stay by another night so upon returning i spoke to the desk clerk and she told me she couldn't extend my stay due to me booking the room through TRIVAGO. I asked if she had availability for the 2 nights and she said yes. I then told her their has to be a way to solve this? So, finally she booked me 2 additional nights after displaying an attitude. I politely thanked her. When i got to the room i asked my wife if she mentioned to the desk clerk that we needed 2 additional nights? She said the clerk told her we had to do it in the morning. I usually stay in Belmont at the Holiday Inn Expressbut decided to try Tru because it is closer to the ballpark. I think I'll go back to the Holiday Inn Express next time. Life is just too short.
