We celebrated our 50th anniversary (and Christmas and New Years) with our 19 kids and grandkids at Zinc Spur and everyone loved it! The huge great room was perfect for our large group. The kitchen is well equipped (including 2 dishwashers!) and the separate bar has glasses for every drink, including our champagne toast on NYE. The grandkids loved the foosball table and the ping pong table in the attached garage. Musicians in the family entertained us on the beautiful grand piano and the guitar. The little kids loved the toy room. And, of course, the large hot tub was a hit! Our 9 grandkids range from 3 to 25, so it worked well for the older kids to have the separate guest house. We loved the spacious master bedroom and the loft area made a cozy bedroom, too. Cheri was an excellent host. She was super responsive, both during the booking and while we were there. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and made sure we knew how everything worked. In brief, this was an excellent, well managed and beautiful property which we highly recommend!

Wonderful property and very clean. Very large home with lots of space to gather, sleep, or play. Great being half way between Hailey and Ketchum.

Beautiful place with great amenties

In town for a wedding and was a perfect stay for our whole family. Especially over the ping pong table in the garage.

There are a few problems - no outlets in one of the bathrooms and you need to know that the master bath has a linear drain behind the vanity. It was a little confusing at first. But overall it was a perfect place for us to gather as family with a large gathering area and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful area.

Perfect for a large group. Plenty of space for gathering together but also for allowing everyone some personal space. Loved the large kitchen, dining table, back patio and fire pit, and the comfy living room.

This place was great! Super spacious with lots of beds / bedrooms. Had very comfortable beds. Backyard was beautiful and only a ~15 minute ride into sun valley. Would recommend for groups!

Had an amazing time staying here for our bridal suite. It was incredible location and had so much room! It was a great place to hangout!

Gorgeous location by a stream, beds were comfy, well stocked in the kitchen, very comfy and relaxing place to stay, it had plenty of linens, four sets of washers and dryers, beautiful grand piano, spacious lawn to play catch with a disc!! We loved it!!

Positives: + well equipped kitchen - we appreciated how stocked and clean everything was. + there was enough space for our entire family + the games and puzzles were loved by all. + we appreciated the ample washers & dryers + lots of parking + close to Hailey & Ketchum things to work on: • screens on all doors so doors could be opened. Bugs, cottonwood, etc came in. The house especially upstairs was very warm. There is NO AC! • we had to buy ant traps - some ants made it into our beds. • guest house jacuzzi not working

The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 20 people. We had a great reunion and enjoyed our stay!

Nice location, close to Sun Valley and Ketchum. There were 16 in our group. Plenty of space for everyone.

This property is not as described. There wasn’t a fire pit or ping pong table. The garbage dumpster wasn’t emptied before or during our stay. We had to put our garbage on the ground around the dumpster. The communication was terrible. One of the bathrooms has mold all over the ceiling and the place had cob webs in every room. A lot of windows wouldn’t open and one of the hot tubs wouldn’t heat up passed 98 degrees. I took pictures of everything. We had to buy more garbage bags and paper towels. There were lots of lids to containers but no containers to fit. Surface of master tub hadn’t been wiped down sanitized like listing says..Very disappointed with our stay.

My friends and I stayed here for our annual ski trip and we had so much fun! This property fit everyone so comfortably and there was so much room for everyone. It was so convenient being only ten minutes away from the ski lifts and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place! I hope to be back soon!!

Our family enjoyed the Hailey/Ketchum/Sun Valley area this Christmas. The house is nicely tucked away from the busy highway 75 and offers a quiet place to return home to after a day of fun snow activities. The house was uniquely laid out in a way that offered everyone privacy and a place of solitude when needed. However, it offered plenty of space to gather for games, hot cocoa, enjoying the fire place, meals and even a dip in the hot tub. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for our big group to enjoy without having to purchase any while visiting for 8 days. We were very impressed with the private plow company that arrived (the night after a day full of snow) and scraped off the entry ways into both houses and cleared the driveway for an early morning departure. We never worried about traveling on the roads in either city or on the driveway. We did have 4 wheel drive that did help with the amount of snow that is expected there, but roads are kept up well there. The amount of washers and dryers (4 sets total) were great for keeping up with wet snow clothes and towels for our large group. There also plenty of detergent for those as well. Nobody wants to waste time doing laundry while on vacation, so the extra machines really cut down on your laundry time. There is a cute storage closet filled with toys and games for younger kids and plenty of pillows and blankets to add for extra warmth. They also offered blow up mattresses and soft cushions for extra mattresses (we didn’t need to use those). I would suggest maybe adding a few extra different options for pillows because the ones we had were a bit flat for me, however I still managed to sleep pretty comfortably. My parents said they had different pillows in the master suite and liked them. This is a great house for celebrating holidays or special events with large families or groups. The layout truly gives plenty of space for everyone and there were TWO hot tubs and kitchens. The garage is huge and we were able to park two SUVs during the winter ( which was really nice). The house is big and uniquely laid out. However, we did not find one of the bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house. The town of Hailey is cute, charming, and offers great places to eat and a very convenient grocery store. Snow Bunny’s had great french fries and Wise Guy pizza was delicious. The drive into Ketchum and Sun Valley was less than 15 minutes and was always clear and easy.

We had a perfect stay! Everything was immaculate. What a great house! It was such a great place to get together with my parents, and sisters and their families. We’d love to go back some day! We’d highly recommend this place! We went in the fall and the setting of the home is stunning!

We had a large group and wanted to stay together. This property allowed for each of us to have our own room and not be on top of each other. The fire pit, hot tub and piano were all a big hit. Lots of extra towels, games and fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook large meals and keep everyone entertained. The location made it easy to grab groceries but also just a short drive to get to Sun Valley.

The location was great and the house and guest house were perfect to accommodate our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee pots, plates, silverware, etc. Definitely a beautiful house with lots of amenities. Communication prior to the stay was timely and comprehensive, but there wasn’t much reciprocal communication at checkout time. Regardless, it was a fabulous home base from which to explore Ketchum and the surrounding areas!

Great property! Just watch your kiddos by the busy road and also the beautiful stream that runs through the property!

Overall a great property for a large gathering and well equipped for lots of people. A little close to the highway and the canal, so need to keep a close eye on dogs and little kids. Two separate houses is great and the place is beautiful!

Was a good place for a celebration of life event.

This was an amazing stay! The house is beautiful with two large hot tubs, if you rent the guest house too. I was with a large group and there was a place for everyone to sleep. We had a couple errors upon arrival but Thomas fixed them quickly and compensated us for any inconvenience. This place was spacious, cozy, homey and close to both Ketchum and Hailey! We would definitely stay here again!
