The home was comfortably furnished and lovely

The rental unit itself, is very nice, especially the deck. All of our meals were eaten on the deck. Biggest problem was the leaking refrigerator/freezer. It has the same issue that was reported as far back as Apr of this year. When Vacasa was called and notified, they failed to respond.The LVP flooring in front of the freezer is visibly damaged, so one knows that this isn't a first time problem. No instructions were found for arming/disarming the security system. When moving between the deck and the interior of the unit several times, it is very distracting to keep hearing the verbal notifications that a door was opened. A Roku TV without instructions and/or passwords for the account is useless. We ended up streaming U-Tube via our phone. This unit has the potential to be outstanding, but due to Vacasa's indifference, it is only average.

Beautiful views! Very comfortable home. Spacious and room to spread out. The deck was a real treat.

The owner has gone to great lengths to provide everything you need for a nice stay (coffee, tea, sweeteners, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing liquid, etc). The place could use some updating but had a huge comfy sofa and the beds and pillows were perfect. The location is great for walking on the boardwalk and the view is incredible. It’s in a quiet area, easy to find, and we felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again!

When we first arrived the home, the view, the atmosphere was perfect. As mentioned the home is simply decorated which usually, with 3,3,1 year old boys I love, but what they did not mention is it's hardwood floor. Again,usually great! And one of the things I liked when I walked in. Fast forward to midnight. We had just t woken up for diapers and bottles being in a new place that means that all of my kids got up at the same time. We did not turn the TV on, my boys were exploring to get some built up energy out before back to bed normal baby things. The neighbor downstairs literally banged on the door saying that we were being to loud, she could hear absolutely everything. My baby just learned how to walk, so he falls. As mentioned they are all 3,3,1 so they walk,run, play, talk, babble, cry, fits. Fast forward to the following night where we listed to the neighbors TV blare so loud it shook us, and the following morning woken at 7 am to the neighbor blasting music. I'm assuming because I had contacted support the first night and once the neighbor was informed they weren't happy. I was refunded nothing, my trip for three days was overly expensive for my kids to be miserable. It was an absolute horrible experience. So. If you have babies/toddlers, or do anything other than sit inside this home wouldn't work for you. The ants covering the floor and the freezer leaking water over the floor where my kids would slip was also super great and unaddressed.

Beautiful home with a view of the sound. We enjoyed the walk on the boardwalk. Wish we would have known about the aquarium. We didn’t see that there was an aquarium until after they had closed. The aquarium hours are 10-2 on Saturdays only. Parking was tight, we were not able to fit our two cars in the driveway but one parked along the side of the road/in the driveway behind the first car. We made it work.

Lovely clean place to stay. Loved the deck with the view of the sound.
