Plenty of room for four adults and three kids. We played games, made meals, watched movies, had smores by the fire, went on hikes, and played on the beach. The house truly met all of our needs. You can see from the pictures that the house is well decorated but what you don’t see is how truly comfortable the home is. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the linens in the master were much nicer than usually found in weekend rentals. I highly recommend this home for family time, a romantic getaway, or a fun friend weekend.

The Sunsetter truly is a great name for this house. The outside does not do the inside justice. So don't judge a book by its cover. The house was tastefully decorated in all rooms and living spaces. Very convenient to town the harbor, stores, and restaurants. If you are planning on preparing meals bring your own basic cooking supplies such as seasonings, flour, sugar and stuff like that. I am not complaining but we are just used to other VRBOs that are stocked with more basic cooking needs. Another reminder there is 2 bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom. Upstairs is your main living. So the living room and main bedroom are upstairs as well as the kitchen and a half bath. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again. My family had a good time.

This spot was perfect for a girls vacation! We enjoyed the fire pit and deck. Everything we needed was there and easily available. No complaints! Would definitely recommend to others!

This is an older home that has been recently updated. The view from the house was beautiful, and my family and I appreciated the space the house offered and the comfortable furnishings. The baseboards and window sills could benefit from a good dusting, but thats pretty typical of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in and everything else was very clean. Overall, my family and I had a very comfortable stay, and I would love to stay there again.

My family and I stayed for the Fourth of July. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The house had new carpet and other items.
