I didn’t like not being able to get Wi- Fi without joining your club. The bathroom floor looks like it needs a deep cleaning. It looks like dirty mop water streaks on it but they didn’t wipe up. Staff were all excellent.

The Hotel Is Beautiful: Large Pool, Lovely Set Up For Relaxing, Spacious Room & Bathroom. Everything Was Very Clean & Was Quite A Welcoming Environment. Parking Lot Was Well Lit & Had Various Options For Breakfast, My Children Enjoyed It. The Personal Were Very Polite. Muchas Gracias ANA For The Amazing Customer Service!!! Easy access. Nice room.

No lotion in bathroom. Front desk staff were amazing. Great breakfast, even the coffee. Pool was clean and kids had a great morning swim. We will stay here again next trip thru Barstow.

Worth the money, excellent staff and nice room

Great stay! Nicely designed hotel! Excellent breakfast included - delicious rosemary potatoes, eggs, and lots of nuts, coconut, and dried fruit to put on cereal – and even oat milk as a dairy alternative. Nice room, comfy bed, great shower. The gym was clean and modern. Bar had good wine and beer selection.

Great place to stay if you're just passing through. Pool was monopolized by two huge families who never left snd allowed their 100 kids to hog the pool.

Check in horrible experience, the person from the front desk Ana sent us to sit down because she had to answer a call. She ordered us to sit down in a rude way. Then she called us to check in not in a friendly way. It's a shame because we always choose this hotel, everything is excellent except for Ana, the person at the front desk.
