Stayed at hotel from 12/5/24 -12/8/24 myself and friend from time we had arrived valet parking was courteous had end and out service included late night, room was nice clean bed nice and bathroom no microwave but everything was nice. We had ask front desk and valet for restaurant suggestions we had visited one was very satisfied did thank front desk clerk. I do plan on returning would prefer staying at Orgin hotel than New Orleans take the hour drive well worth.

The stay was great. The suite we stayed in was beautiful. We loved how spacious and nicely decorated it was. The restaurant unfortunately was not good but the bartender that waited on us was beyond sweet. The staff at both check in and leaving were not friendly and said little to us. Overall the hotel and the bartender was fantastic but the rest of the staff and the restaurant need work.

Way closer in than I thought. Easy walk to downtown sights. Nice place and fun vibe. 33 bucks is a bit high for valet but it was worth it overall.

Off beat hotel close to lively downtown area and the riverfront. Valet parking is a bit steep. Excellent room, though a previous guest had locked the thermostat at 64 degrees.

The hotel was great .. The staff was so friendly and talked to every customer that walked by .. our room was so nice. It was so roomy, clean, had a great balcony and the overall vibe of the room was amazing and fun .. we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great. It would have a little better if the bar stayed open a little later. We stayed one night and the breakfast was closed the next morning. The valet was nice and quick, the staff was friendly as well. The decor was cute and added visual interest.

Nice little hotel. Glad we stayed there and would stay again. Unfortunately the bar was closed. We couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine. Probably user error, but it was a little too complicated for us. Comfy bed.

price was resonable, and location was great. We only stayed or a night. The only thing I would say is I wish they had some seats on the 4th floor deck when we were their. Not sure why they didnt. I arrived late, and liked to go out for some fresh air and to have a beverage but nowhere to sit. I suppose they had a valid reason. Besides that everyting was great.

My family enjoy our stay here at Origin Hotel. Cori was so accommodating and let us check in early and I am so very thankful for him. Nice place to stay in Baton Rouge. Definitely will stay again.

Front desk staff, valet services, and cleaning crew were outstanding. However, the room and bathroom needed more lighting. TV/cable reception was spotty and kept freezing. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

Eh...just in the middle. We were traveling thru BTR for just one night and thought this would be a unique option in the downtown area. It is a newer 'REMODELED" hotel, January of 2024, however, it's not perfect in the sense they didn't opt for hard floors (they put in carpet, it's new, but, in a couple of years, we all know what that will look like) the rooms are dark, the parking is only valet, $33 a day, and we could hear every single car, human, and bird that was out our window...not a deal breaker, but, something to be made aware of. Close to dining and sight-seeing options, all walkable. The staff was just OK, not overly friendly, but not horrible. We didn't try any of the dining options, however, the menu looked pricey. All said, the hotel was just meh...

We stayed in the bunk room. It was good for the kids to have separate beds. One was really squeaky though, only drawback but not a deal breaker. The rest of the room was good.

Cute boutique hotel. However, the shower was terrible no water pressure whatsoever. The smallest rooms I’ve ever had in New York. The staff is very nice when they are there, but they have limited hours and you have to ask for everything including fresh towels. I can’t say more than just “ok”. Paint peeling in the bathroom. No place to unpack your luggage. No coffee makers in the room. Very thin windows so very noisy. N place to sit in the room. You can’t walk around the bed. They need more hooks in the bathroom and everywhere in the room.

It was very convenient within a couple of blocks to the BR theatre that we had music event to attend. Plus, parking on the street was free on weekends.
It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room to reheat our leftover food.

The decor created a nice ambiance and it showed throughout the hotel. The beds were comfy and felt like a safe area. The staff was helpful and kind.

Staff was so friendly. The bunk room was great for the kids to go to bed early. We would recommend the facility upgrade grout around the toilet and bathroom floor had hair on it but the front desk requested the cleaner to mop up immediately. Was nice to know they are attentive. Breakfast is not complementary but was delicious and convenient for those of us families traveling through.

This is a very cute, trendy, boutique hotel. It's very inviting and the location is great. It's in a fairly quiet area but within walking distance to the river, bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly but....my bathroom was not clean! I walked in and there was atill a dirty was cloth in the shower and the drain was full of hair!!! I had to ask twice to have the cleaning crew come to my room and all they did was remove the wash cloth. The hair was still in the drain!
