Cleaning staff are friendly. The gardening staff work so hard and the grounds are so beautiful! Breakfast is fantastic and I'm missing it already. Good, tasty room service which was quick and affordable.

The library was very warm with insects in. I think the price is a little high for the level of room quality, especially as the hotel is a long way outside the centre and not on the seafront. The balcony light could do with being a little brighter for reading.

I didn’t find that the staff spoke much English, and it was a little noisy, since it’s so close to the airport.

Exceptional service, amazing Western breakfast. The staff went went well and beyond to fulfill our needs. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

I am very grateful to the cleaning ladies as well in our unit. They are always warm, diligent and professional. I’m also very happy that they gave a special birthday cake to my husband. He was surprised and we both enjoyed the cake.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating, but I had a bad encounter with one of the receptionists. She was impolite, rude and disrespectful, subconsciously raising her eyebrows, eye rolling, speaking in sharp tone of voice and turning her back while I was still speaking, when I was politely speaking to her. I understand that there were guests who might have upset her but projecting it on me is very unprofessional.

We had a great two bedroom sea view suite with a balcony. Good size and helpful to have a fridge, sink, bench space etc. Good sized pool and very good selection for breakfast, both western and Chinese. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loads of local restaurants around. Starbucks in the same block. Big supermarket downstairs which was handy.

Shame the main pool was closed for so long. Original room description said balcony but it didn't have one. This was rectified quickly and with an upgrade.

The staff was wonderful, they tried their best to help out any time there was an issue and make this as great as a stay as possible. The breakfast was great as well as the seafood buffet. Low price compared to many other hotels! The pool was nice and they had lots of pool toys for free to use.

The rooms are loud. You can hear your neighbors moving around and opening and closing all the drawers/doors.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. My wife ended up sleeping on the couch because it was softer. I got a pile of extra duvet to try and make it slightly better.

Washing machine and size of the family suite was perfect! Sea view and upper level. Easy access to the market and excellent kids club service

It needs a tap of shower on the way back from the beach, otherwise we walked into the pools covered in sand. Toilets near the pools need to be a lot cleaner and no changing rooms

This was the most amazing stay I’ve ever had. The staff were fantastic and attentive. My flight was later and I had to work, they allowed me to have a late check-out. The restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast area. There is a massage place on the 3rd floor as well. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

1. the pool was lovely and very well maintained. it was cleaned every morning. 2. great buffet breakfast. 3. lovely that they restocked our fridge with soft drinks everyday.

we came to this hotel last year and were very impressed, so we also recommended it to our friends, who came and joined us half way through our holiday. but this year we were very disappointed. 1. the lap pool was closed for maintenance, but we were not informed before our stay. 2. the poolside bbq was not done this year. when I asked the staff why they said that it was because of the pandemic. but they had a buffet breakfast and all of the hotels in taking bay were still doing their poolside bbqs. These two things were the main reasons that we booked this hotel, so we were very, very disappointed this year. 3. the poolside bar and snacks was not open this year. 4. the coffee pods in our room was only restocked on the sixth day of our stay after I went to the reception to ask 5. when we arrived we were put in a ‘suite’ that was full of toddler toys and only had a curtain separating my son’s bedroom from the living room. I then asked to be moved to another room so they said that they would give us a free upgrade. but, we ended up in the same room as we booked last year, which is the room that I had booked I. the first place. 6. the bath tap wasn’t working, so I informed the reception, but it took two days for someone to come and repair it.

The staff members are super friendly and know how to provide excellent experience to the customers. The buffet is not expensive but have lots of choices.
