Absolutely horrific hotel. Dirty. Smells. Run down Stained bedding. Bugs in bed Horrible giest service Homeless and drug addicts in stairwells Elevator broken had to climb 4 flights of stairs No shampoo or toilet paper in room Trash and a dead cat in the pool Filthiest hotel ive ever seen

My stay was poor the air conditioner was leak water across the room and the sink was clog up it took two days for some one to fix it the stopper in the tub did not work the sheets and towels were stained the refrigerator was nasty berly got cold

I was upset that there was cigarette burn holes in my sheets and dirt on my sheets in my bed. I was also disappointed that there was no breakfast served when that was part of the advertised package I bought. The pool looked clean and inviting but I did not get a chance to use it. There was also a heavy odor or marijuana near the office and around the rooms.

The room appeared clean as we dropped off our items to go to our venue but smelled of cigarettes. We were in a non-smoking room so we figured the smell was coming from someone who had smoked outside. When we came back from our event, we noticed that there were stains on bed linens, a burn mark from a cigarette under the linens, spots of what appeared to be a blood colored substance near the sink, and stains on the carpet. Also, the stairwell up to the room smelled of urine. Very unhappy with this stay!

Room was fine, lamp shades were foggy but honestly it’s obvious this hotel use to not be smoke free in some rooms. Quiet in the room, clean sheets and bathroom. A hole in the wall saying ‘Kyle was here’ with a punch in it was funny and concerning. Definitely not a good family vacation hotel, please stay away from Norfolk, families. But it was fine for solo business or budget couples travel. Not the worst option if you’re trying to get to VA beach but totally not the best. Staff was friendly, and listened to any concerns. Bring a wheel lock with you as motor thefts are common.

The only good things about our stay was that the staff were courteous and the pool looked clean. Our room had torn curtains, stains on both chairs as well as the sheets. Behind the bathroom door looked like it’s been neglected at every cleaning. There were holes in the wall where the towel bar looks to have been ripped out. We left as soon as we could the next morning after barely sleeping on throw-sized pillows and springs digging into my back.

Horrible. Dingy. Dirty. Vagabond hanging around and digging in the trash. Place should close down. False advertising. There was no breakfast

The room started off with us needing to have someone come change the battery in the smoke detector that was beeping every 20 seconds or so. It looked as if the room hadn't been rented in a while with the dust on the desk and dresser. There was a hole in the wall like someone had punched it with toilet paper shoved in the hole, but not even closely repaired. Then the bathroom, OMG, there was poop spread on the walls from someone that stayed prior and didn't wish to use the toilet paper just below their smears. It was horrific. How could this have been missed when cleaning the room and preparing it for the next customers. Then.... we are in a non-smoking room, the hotel says all rooms are non-smoking but when you make a reservation you can request a smoking room. My Mother who was with me is on oxygen so we needed to be in a non-smoking room. All we could smell was weed burning. Very disappointed, will not be returning and it definitely makes me reconsider staying in any other Days Inn or Wyndham Resort!!!

Very dirty, no hygiene at all. The customer service was poor- the reception was playing live game on the cellphone with his friends. The room was super dirty, bedsheets and towels were uncleaned and full of black marks, and stains...etc. I have taken pictures will share.

Had an issue with the TV, called the front desk, reported the problem and immediately room service fixed the problem!

The front desk staff was very unprofessional, couldn’t find a room when I arrived even though I booked the room weeks in advance. The room smelled bad, the television didn’t work, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor, the next door patron was out front of my door with his music playing and singing past 1:30am. I checked out a day early. I was booked for 2 nights but left after one night. Horrible!!!

Dirty, state of disrepair, bad neighborhood.

1. Location felt unsafe. 2. Ghetto folks & constant drive bys. 3. Loud individuals in the pool. 4. Room smell like cigarettes although it was a "non-smoking" room. 5. Bathroom didn't have a lock & toilet didn't flush. 6. Although ad stated "breakfast included, that was a lie. They didn't even have a designated area. I have never been so disappointed as I did on this trip. I was out of there by 830am.

Deceiving online/ we were on the 5th floor with out of order elevator and a child. Website said breakfast was included however there was no breakfast. Dead bug in the bathroom, and no hinges on bottom of bathroom door so it would not shut properly. Would not recommend!

We did not like anything. The room was smelly, dead bugs everywhere, toiket did not work and no water pressure in the shower. The rooms dont look like anything as advertised. Supposed to have a continental breakfast, that was false advertising, no breakfast. The are around the place was unsafe and dirty, garbage everywhere. The elevators did not work had to walk up stairs which had bugs everywhere. This place should not even be opened to the public.

The stay was terrible, the staff was extremely unprofessional, the room was filthy, there was used underwear left on the lampshade in my room. There were footprints on the bed sheets and the tv had no sound. We were placed in three different rooms, the front desk clerk said thar we asked for a smokers room so what did we expect. I asked for a refund and was denied, i would have rather slept in my car than that room.

Property needs cleaned. Rooms were dirty and breakfast was not provided, I guess you get what u pay for

The room had a strong smoke smell. There was dirt and sand on the bathroom floor. Therevwas a hole in the wall filled with toilet paper.

Dirty, rude, and stank like smoke! Front desk was rude and refused to get me another room.

Elevator broke, no breakfast as was promised, told coffee/tea in room, but no coffee maker. Had to walk up 5 dirty flights after knee surgery. Severely stained bedding, curtain held up by two ends, staff blaming no breakfast until they pass inspection. What can I say? Ugh!!!!!

The room was dirty curtains also the door lock was broken. Dirty walls .carpet wasn’t clean or vacuumed. Clean sheets with small blood stains . I wanted a refund but wasn’t given so we sleep in the car in the parking lot
