Brett and Jodie are terrific hosts who made the time to ensure we had a wonderful stay! We particularly enjoyed the back yard and the themed decor inside the house. Bravo, Brett and Jodie!

The advertisement does not mention that it is so close to fast food and grocery stores. The teens enjoyed walking to fast foods. We had a great time in hot tub and roasting s’mores! Great job Jodie and Brett at hosting

This house is so fun- each room created with a fun vision. Yard was great and no issues with neighbors- had a ball. Don’t be shocked by the lack of curb appeal. We had a wonderful time and the hosts are first class.

Our large family had the most wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return! The house had everything we needed for our week-long vacation. It was a hot week and the AC was a life saver, and the covered back patio with huge dining table became our evening routine for family dinners. Communication with the hosts was excellent and made our stay quite enjoyable. They even had a lovely 4th of July gift basket of treats waiting for us that made our day! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Our stay at 'Cozy Colorado Retreat was fantastic! Brett and Jodie were very communicative throughout the entire booking, checking in, occupying, and check-out process. They contacted me about a week in advance to check in and set expectations for when I would receive further instructions. As I received more communication and asked questions, Brett and Jodie both responded in a timely manner. This proved even more important when on check in day they reached out to let me know that an early check in was available for our stay! (this isn't the norm, I think we just got lucky!) The Lodging was very clean, temperature was well regulated in the house, and the bedrooms (beds) and bathroom were spotless. The backyard is very spacious and with the wonderful weather we had, was where we spent most of our time while at the lodging. And when quiet hours hit at 10PM, moving inside to play foosball, the arcade games downstairs, and access to the Xbox was a fun distraction change of pace. They offered a ton of recommendations for Arvada along with the surrounding area! Lastly, the check out process was definitely one of the easier ones that I have experienced while staying at a VRBO. I highly recommend utilizing Jodie and Brett as hosts, not only for their house, but also because you could tell we entered as guests and left as friends.

We needed a roomy house in a good location for a family group in the Denver area. This home has it all! The hosts have created a charming atmosphere and provide everything we needed to feel welcomed and supplied to focus on exploring the areas surrounding and in Denver. It was well beyond our expectations!

A lot of energy and effort you can tell went into this property. We were hosting a celebration and multiple family members admired the details that went into each room. The owners are very responsive.

We all absolutely loved this get away!! The house is super cute centrally located to all we had planned!! The themed rooms were siding! Beds were super comfy we ALL slept good and that's a rare thing for our family on vacation!! The hot tub and games are just an added extra bonus!!! Love the lighting in the living room!! We will definitely return back to this great stay again!! Thanks Brett and Judie for all your hard work and all the great communication along the way!!!
