This is a NICE house, with a pretty good rental management company behind it as well. The house was the expected level of clean when we arrived and had plenty of room for our group of 14. We had a couple maintenance issues (fridge light and water dispenser did not work), but the property management resolved this by having a whole fridge delivered to the garage to keep our food cold, just to be safe. The house comes with a good array of amenities and supplies, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, drawer full of silverware, and a block of kitchen knives. The pool is so fun with the lights and the backyard was large enough to move around without bumping into each other. The rental details sent a week before the stay had a lot of information, albeit a little haphazardly organized for my tastes (lots of tabs with different information, so it was easy to forget where you read something). The check in and check out processes were easy enough, but I didn't love the strict tone associated with it. It was the only stressful part of the stay, but wasn't a problem in the reality of things.

A group of us got together for the weekend to watch FSU kickoff. The house was amazing, just as described! Very updated, huge refrigerator, plenty of storage, all the kitchen utensils we could need and then some, a short walk to the beach to see the white sands and emerald green water, and of course the pool area was fantastic!!

My family group enjoyed their stay is this lovely well decorated house walking distance to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: I had a troubled task of finding a house that was able to accommodate 16 people with enough bedrooms for everyone and this house was perfect for my trip. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs and the cleanliness was top tier. With only a 4 minute walk to the beach it was perfect for our family as the area where the house was not congested but close enough to everything. The staff was top tier with responding to messages within minutes and providing great check in and check out rules that made the whole process very easy to navigate. If I am ever coming back to the beach this house will definitely be on the top of my list!

The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The property managers were amazing any issue that arose they got to it immediately. The one thing I didn’t love is there is no window coverings over any of the sliding doors. The house beside us wasn’t occupied so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was very odd not to have any for the bedrooms with sliding doors.

Our recent stay at 336 South Holiday Road just 2 blocks from the pristine white sand beach made it a perfect getaway for our group of friends and family. The house itself offers modern interiors and spacious layout. Ten bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our group of 17 guests. However, our stay was not without its challenges. We encountered a few maintenance issues, Additionally, there were minor new construction issues which the staff promptly attended to. In conclusion, despite the minor hiccups, I would still highly recommend this stunning beach house.
