The house and location are prime! It’s so cozy and beautiful inside. Very convenient to walk to nearby shops and coffee house, easy short drive to freeway, and best of all THE OCEAN right down the street. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially if you’re going to Santa Cruz Boardwalk for the day. Wish we never had to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable home. It is well and thoughtfully stocked and is in the perfect location near the beach and stores. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room as well as the pretty outdoor space. We have family in the neighborhood and would love to stay again for our next visit!

We truly enjoyed staying in this two-story, well-located and well-stocked home! It's a beautiful place, nicely furnished, and just a short walk to the beach! We loved the little community, with stores and restaurants, and we were super comfortable in this wonderful house. 10 out of 10, would definitely return.

They house was perfect. Everything you need for an awesome home way from home. Beds are new and very hard. Bocce court in backyard was huge bonus.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your adorable property! The home was very charming and the upgrades made for a positive atmosphere and relaxed stay! The neutral colors, wonderful appliances, the huge center island, cute pantry, comfortable beds and attractive flooring all inspired an upscale feel and comfort at the same time. We were in town for a wedding and did not allow for much time to be able to enjoy the use of the yard. We would have loved to have tried the bocce ball court though! Looks fun! The location was fantastic with close proximity to the beach, dining and shops! The owners provided excellent information and guidance on the home and local offerings. We would stay there again if in the area!

When’s the last time you stayed somewhere that had a bocce court in the back patio area?! That was awesome, and really just the cherry on top with the townhouse! The kitchen looked like it was out of a magazine, and all the upgrades to the townhouse were top notch, especially the stove! The property was super convenient for us as we were attending a wedding @ Seascape Beach Resort. We could walk to everything; the local market & restaurants, the beach, the resort, etc! Had it not been so nice out, we would have happily spent our long weekend just relaxing at the townhouse! We’d rent this property every time we return to the area - highly recommended!!

Lovely house that has been recently remodeled in a beautiful and functional way. We enjoyed the backyard with the bocce ball court and appreciated the beautifully renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house is close to the beach and a nice small shopping center. Great place!

The beds and baths were clean and comfortable. Love the location. We had hoped to make breakfast in house, but found the kitchen-ware a bit lacking (no kettle, decent knives, saucepans). Would still rent again, but bring our own stuff next time. Nice bocce court!

We loved our short walks to the beach, the vibe in the house, the bocce ball court in the back and the walkable access to shopping and a couple food places.
Only gripe was the heater, it blasts way too much air upstairs and very little downstairs even if you close all the upstairs vents. This made it a challenge to keep the house a comfortable temp on cool evenings. It was inconvenient but not bad so I didn’t deduct any stars.
Also loved there was onsite laundry. Super relaxing getaway for my family.

The property is in excellent condition with a recent major renovation that was well done. It is very comfortable place to relax and the owners have made good use of the space available.
It is within walking distance for just about any immediate need (restaurants, beach, groceries/deli, coffee, pub, pizza, and more) and a short drive for more of the same.

We had a great time. Loved the house. We did a lot of mountain biking so appreciated having a garage to store 5 bikes and have some space to work on them. Seascape Village is a great sleepy little village too within walking distance. Would be happy to repeat this vacation!
Would avoid Hong Kong restaurant...no one liked their food sadly! Palapas was great. Home owner very easy to work with.

We had an amazing stay with our family. The accommodations are just as nice, clean and modern as the pictures represent. Our family loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our walks on the beach, visit to the redwoods and bocce ball in the backyard were the highlights of our trip. Christine is an excellent host.

House was as great or better than described! Beautifully remodeled and furnished. Chris was exceptional in communicating everything we needed to know, as well as great info on the area, and accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend this for a short getaway or a long vacation!

Our trip to Aptos was perfect. Easy keyless entry to property very much appreciated. Kitchen and living room downstairs. Two bedroom upstairs. Comfy beds and linens. Kitchen not only beautiful but with everything one might need. We enjoyed the Bocce in the back yard. Having never played it, was great fun practicing in the afternoon after a day out. Mochas and Lattes one block down the street for a morning treat.
