Centrally located in Cape Canaveral close to shopping, restaurants, world-famous Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach. You will have access to the beach just down the block where you can enjoy the sun and sand. The Port is 5 min. away, or watching the cruise ships leave the port or just the excitement from the rocket launches can be enough for some. Cocoa Beach is only a short distance away where you can find many bar and grills with live music.
The space
The master bedroom has a balcony to enjoy elevated views of the neighborhood. All rooms have TV entertainment for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the townhouse as well as the furnished backyard. Feel free to hang out at the patio table or swing and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
Other things to note
Beach towels are provided as long as they are brought back. Beach items such as chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, football, pool noodle and beach wagon are available for use. Please use the hose in the garage to clean all sand off before entering the house and replacing items.
