I have no complaints at all. There was trouble with the internet though, but I think there was an internet connection problem in the whole area. Overall nice, clean hotel and friendly/helpful staff.

Everything was new and clean. We loved the bedding and sheets. I absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner. Already looked it up to buy some online. First time staying in a TRU and won’t be our last.

Clean room and good breakfast!

Check in was disappointing. We waited while another guest was being checked in, but there were some delays that were never explained to us as we waited patiently. Then when it was our turn, after several more minutes of delay, it was finally explained that they were experiencing computer problems. Once we entered our room and settled in, we found that our entry door would not latch. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone sytem was not set up for that type call so I went down stairs to bring attention to the problem. They gave us a new room, but it was almost seemed an inconvenience. The two ladies at the front desk were not very friendly, This was our second stay at a Tru property and it was not a good experience.

Very nice stay. Spacious handicap accessible room-very clean. Utilized the fitness room. Only negative was desk personnel not there in the morning . Wanted to buy a water bottle from little mini market but no one was there and same at checkout . Although breakfast staff was and answered some of our questions . Otherwise great stay.

Decided to stay here rather than the hotel we normally frequent. It was quite a bit cheaper and was recommended. We stayed in a disability room due to a recent injury. The hotel was clean and provided the basic amenities. The staff was somewhat friendly but lacked knowledge of local resources. Noise from the neighboring rooms was noticeable. Traffic sounds persisted throughout the night. The stay met our basic needs but the nocturnal noises were annoying.

My family and I travel often for work and leisure. The most important for us is to find something affordable (within reason and depending on the amenities), location and above all cleanliness and customer service. The size of our room with 2 queen beds was surprisingly small and there appeared to be lots of mold inside the AC units. We decided to not complain since we would only be there overnight. What broke the camel’s back is the elevators breaking down. Another issue is that there is no AC nor opened windows in the halls. The front desk ladies talked as if it was not something that’s out of the ordinary. Speaking of which, the night shift girls need some serious costumer service training. Oh and most concerning is that the hotel is directly in front (within a few feet) of a dingy and seemingly unsafe hotel. Though there were mostly cons, we did enjoy the pool and the coffee. The outdoor seating area was nice but would have been better if a pickup truck wasn’t parked right next to it obscuring our view. This is definitely the lower and generic end of the Hilton line.

Customer service was excellent. We needed to move our room a couple of times due to maintenance issues. They accomodated us with ease. Great staff at front desk and beyond. Will stay again in future if need arises.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and the hotel clean updated and comfortable My dogs were accepted with open arms! Definitely be back for the next trip

Had to change rooms because window shade was broken in up position, to another room where window shade was nailed down shut. Using tv remote was difficult,

The only problem that I had was with the shower it leaked around the door terribly and had the bathroom floor wet.

I made reservations...when we arrived...we were given our room on third floor..the shower had red long hair strands noted...when you shower..the shower door opens onto floor...the bathrrom floor become flooded...shower stall floor was very slick...almost fell...then coffee stains were noted on nightstand...and bed linens were not changed...i called front desk...i was told the room was on list to be cleaned...we were moved to first floor...again...same problem with shower...floods floor...no trashcan liners...chair in room is cheap...people at desk were nice...but overall...hotel was poorly designed...when you order queen beds...you can not get into the first bed on one side...too close to wall..cheap quality in soap..shampoo....each are one big bottle on wall..that is used by everyone....toilet paper too thin...will not go back to this hotel...and it was actually a new construction...
