The hotel is very nice but the surroundings stink.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was not satisfactory. Initially, they provided incorrect pricing for an additional person in the room. Additionally, the driver they sent was unfamiliar with the directions, and there was no clear communication regarding the cancellation of the car service. The hotel staff were just adequate and not particularly helpful.

The hotel car rental charges could have been more specific example kilometers, hours and to some temple we had to take outside transport like auto rickshaw which was not included and we had to pay extra , this detail was not mentioned . For extra hours we were charged later the next day when the day before all was settled
For first time visitors all should be explained or put up in the car rental brochure. Overall improvisation needed . Rest all was very good the food excellent rooms excellent food enjoyed . Thanks to the friendly staff and Thanks

Newly built property that was used by celebrities during Ram Temple Pranaprathista in January 2024. Overall, it looks good.It was extremely hot so we wanted to change the AC settings which couldn't be done as it is regulated centrally to optimize electricity usage. It was set for 21 to 23 °C only .. We ordered Pav Bhajji... The bhajji was given in a big bowel but a very order of pav was given.An extra bed was delivered without a pillow. We had to ask for it .. We had to wait for a quite sometime for the hotel staff to check out our luggage. Food options especially for breakfast were limited for vegetarian...

Far from Ayodhya Temple difficulty to get Ola/Uber in evening will need to hail E-rickshaw who charge alot to goto Lata Chawk. Also use Electric Bus to leave Lata Chawk, since E-rickshaw charges too much.
Arrived at 9am received room 11am.
Rooms excellent, food excellent, 24hr warm water and AC. 24/7 room service and in room dining.
A la-cart reasonable prices no alcohol as it is a dry city.

Worst staff and service ever.
The hotel is new and is clean and nice. Food is tasty.
1. There is zero management and zero systems - there is no organization at the check in desk. People keep budding in to ask questions. Staff does not know how to manage a crowd of ppl checking in. In fact, when customers were getting irritated by the check-in staff, the staff retaliated by yelling at waiting customers. This is because the hotel does not have a systemized check in and check out system.
2. We ordered an airport transfer but no one showed up at the airport - at checkout they asked for a bill for the taxi they sent. We had to take a private taxi after waiting 20 minutes for the hotel taxi to show up (we have confirmation msgs from the hotel that a car would be sent for us but none was)
3. Restaurant has no organization, servers do not know how to prioritize which orders and which tables. The staff is untrained and it took them 45 mins to bring us ice…. Yes ice.
4. Food was cold - we sent a few dishes back because they were cold. When they were re-sent to us, they were still cold.
5. Check out is 12pm and check in is at 2pm. We were called before 12pm to check out as there is a group waiting. However, we did not receive our room until 3.30pm on the check in date.

Rooms are clean with new furniture, property itself is new and clean. Service not the best, staff sometimes seemed confused, can take multiple times asking for something to get done before it happens. Food okay, dining hall staff not always very attentive.

Awesome & super tasty lunch, we are very satisfied with all food items. however do not order South indian items, they are not that great. I would also suggest to install towel place holder with in shower area, with out this we have to walk around and there is a risk to skid and get injured. Hence I request management to install Towel place holders in shower place.

the hotel was easy walk to the mall. the staff was really helpful. the lobby and restaurant are excellent. the food selection was incredible. the only issue is that the rooms were old and need some renovation

No hot water! Basic requirement to have hot water and had to shower with cold water. Kids got ill because of this!!
Really bad smell in the corridor. No one avaliable to collect luggage from rooms.

It’s a brand new hotel in an so-so location and badly needs improved management.
The rooms are right next to each other like a hostel.
Rooms are designed and furnished nicely.
Dining room staff is lost, confused and needs extensive training to run it smoothly.
At checkout one single person was trying to handle check-ins, transportation and checkouts. Everyone was frustrated.

Location is near to visit Ram and near to guptha ghat.
The staff are lacking in English which is a minus point. Since Ayodhaya is is welcoming visitor from all around the world the staff should be encouraged to learn English.
Other than that everything is perfect.
