Great villa with gorgeous interior and grounds. Vito was kind enough to meet us and escort us up the tortuous driveway to the property and show us around. We holidayed with another family so there were 8 of us in the villa in comfort. Unfortunately it wasn’t perfect. The jacuzzi in the bedroom didn’t work and was very old, our toilet leaked foul smelling water on the floor of the en suite, we had 3 days without proper AC and various workman traipsing around the place smoking at 8am, we had a day without any hot water, etc! All of this was communicated to Vito and HomeAway but as yet, over a week later, no reply at all. Very disappointed and feel let down on an expensive villa!!!

We spent a few days in this great house .the large terraces with comfortable sofas and various relaxation areas with magnificent views over the valley.has contributed to make our vacation extremely pleasurable.Thanks to the owner that we did not miss anythings special the excellent wines of the area .

Everything was awesome about our stay. Just make sure you don't have a big car for entrance to get to Villa is very narrow and challenging. Fito La Fada was so very nice. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

We stayed in the house for a week in June and had a lovely time. The house is beutiful, clean and spacious with four large bedroom and three bathrooms. The patio is lovely with different sitting areas and a magnificent view. The pool area is great and there was a gardener every day who cleaned the pool and the surroundings. Vito was a very helpful host and did everything for us to feel welcome. The house is situated a bit of a drive up in the mountains. It takes about 15 min to drive to Cefalu. The downside of the stay was that there is a long ascent to get to the house that will be a bit of a hustle for a non experienced driver, especially in the dark. But apart from that we have no complaints.

I would like to thank Vito for the availability and express my best feelings for the beautiful Villa Costanza! The villa is very clean and tidy with an fantastic garden and swimming pool outside. We founded ourself like in paradise full of confort. The house is equipped with all the necessary things including the kitchen staff for the cooking lovers. Nice furniture and confort modern bathrooms. Green and prosper plants outside the Villa made us rest emotionally and created a nice atmosfere with the garden lights on in the evening. The spacious swimming pool was always clean thanks to the gardener that gives a constant assistant. As requested we were delivered the fresh sicilian bread and croissants in the morning by him.
