The house was super clean and well set up for our stay. Absolutely no complaints!! Another bathroom would be nice but with a little patience the rest more than makes up for that detail. Keep it up!!

The place was very neat and clean. There was a good selection of coffee and snacks!!! The bath towels were lovely!! The TV was nice and we enjoyed playing the games that were there. One thing I would say is that there was no AC vent in one of the bedrooms or safety bars in the shower. We had our 97 year old father who couldn’t get a shower while we were there.

My family and I stayed one night. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 10min from Ark encounter. Walmart is only 10min. drive. House was clean and kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups and utensils. Kids were happy to see little welcome snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. I would definitely recommend this place!

This property was perfect for our stay. Peter communicated with us and checked in throughout our stay. House was perfect for our family of 5 and just on the other side of the freeway from the Ark Encounter. Clean and comfortable.

Our family was so excited to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo, and Peter's home was the perfect location to stay for our anticipated road trip! The location was near our destinations and in a quiet neighborhood so that we were able to relax after many hours of touring each site. His home was very spacious for our large family of six. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the many welcoming amenities. We have recommended his home to our family and friends, and plan to return for another family adventure!

We stayed overnight for one night to be close to the Ark Encounter. We appreciated the extra touch for children since the owner had some child friendly snacks and place settings perfectly appropriate for young children. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Owner went above and beyond!

Our family of 8 stayed here for a few days to go to the Ark and creation museum. Its a quick 5 minute drive to the ark. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable updated home. Huge back yard for the kids to run around. Large screen tv in the living room and bedroom.
We've stayed in a lot of vrbo homes through the years- this one might be the most well stocked- plenty of dishes, cooking spices and oil, k cups and variety of sweeteners, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, trash bags. It had everything we needed! Even a hospitality basket of snacks in the kitchen!
The host was great about communicating check in, check out, wifi password etc.

Peter’s home is the best rental we have stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and located in a safe little neighborhood. The home had everything we needed including children’s dinnerware and games! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard including deer and many varieties of birds. We will be recommending this rental to everyone traveling to the area.

This was great! My family had a wedding at The View which was only 9 minutes away. I ran the neighborhood and it was awesome! Really cute, felt very safe, and the house was even better in person. Peter was also so helpful during the stay!

My family and I stay here as a half way point traveling to the Midwest. We wanted to spend the next morning at the Ark Encounter and this was the perfect place for our family! Super clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I’ll definitely be booking with Peter again when we’re in KY.

My family of five recently enjoyed three nights here. The home was clean and orderly. We had what we needed and there were lots of extras! My children enjoyed a thoughtful basket of snacks upon our arrival. The house was five minutes from the Ark Encounter. It was so easy to get there, as well as fun restaurants (Hansie Flip Burgers!) and Miffytown nearby. I took away one star because the house is a neighborhood that is a little run down. We didn't have any problems and I would definitely stay there again if we ever return. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the Ark Encounter. The property is very clean and family friendly. I greatly appreciated the colorful toddler appropriate plates/bowls/cups and there was even a highchair. I also loved the nightlights that were strategically placed all over the house as it can be difficult to navigate a new house in the dark. The beds were very comfortable, and 10/10 we would stay here again.
