No carpet in room, not the cleanest, Roku didn’t work in the room. Front desk didn’t tell us how it worked. Will not stay at a red roof agai

The hotel did not have a jicuzzin as it stated in its over view when i was searching for a hotel this was a big deal for me as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel Secondly there was someone above us who kept stomping around all night even after we notified the front desk it continued all hours of the night. Thirdly the room was much smaller than expected and the bed was a full size bed not a queen I have a queen bed at home and it was much smaller than my bed at home.

I didn’t get a chance to check in I was told I had till 1am and I arrived at 1255 am and no one was at the front desk to check me as well as given the wrong address online and I was denied access to stay because it was now after 1am when I spoke with someone and I want a refund please

Didn't have my reservation made w expedia, said i paid "too little" & that it was expedia's fault. Eventually put me in a room that cost more but i had no choice at that point.

When we got there the door to room had a big dent in frame like it was broken into. The fridge wasn't cleaned out had worker cleaned it for us. All of the TV's in hotel was smart tv and only shared 1 wifi so no Internet.

It was a basic place to stay. It could use some minor repairs and better janitorial maintenance around the building.

The room was comfortable and being on the ground level offered easy access and sight to my vehicle. I was however, accused of smoking in my room. The manager was great getting me in, but when I'd needed assistance with my tv, he had come in and said it smelled of smoke. I showed him my ashtray/cup that i was using to smoke and he told me i was going to lose my deposit. I did have half of a smoked cigarette in the pack that was on the counter and i know that can admit smells, but i obliged by all rules and am disgusted with how i was accused and treated. I do not recommend and most likely will never visit again.

We got the how was your check in message from Expedia 2 hrs before we arrived. When we did arrive around 1030 pm the male clerk was asleep at the welcome desk. He was still groggy, spoke horrible English if not on something as well. It took him awhile to find my reservation and finally issued a key for room 140. When i arrived the door was clearly open 2-3 inches, the room smelled and the sheets were dirty. As we had been on the road all day and he cleary was not the person to make anything right in that moment i simply told him the situation and left. Someone owes me a full refund including expedia point amt i used.

They didn't have a room for me. The guy said they over booked. No help at all. It was after midnight. I spent the next 3 hrs driving home and missed a family function.

Very clean staff was very nice

Woke up to an employee breaking into my room. Door popped open and someone trying to undo the swing lock. I was told that I wasn’t checked in the night before and it was a problem with the system. My wife and kid are in the room with me sleeping while it’s being broken into.

The room was clean however the faucets were running, and the tv did not work. That said, someone offered to come and fix it for us

A great and affordable place to stay for a night along the highway. Easy to find. There are 3 or 4 restaurants close by.

The property needs to updated. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, he also had fresh coffee made for the gest. I would stay there again when I'm in the area.

Upon reading some excellent reviews, I booked 2 rooms for one night. From the moment we entered the building I see those reviews were either fabricated or embellished. Entering the lobby we saw the remnants of a hotel left to decay. The front desk clerk was not friendly and our presence seemed to be an inconvenience. Check in took quite a while and included an unexpected amount of paperwork requiring signatures. We were told they were renovating and had hoped that meant we would be in a newly renovated room. Unfortunately that didn’t seem to be the case. Our room was out back facing overflowing dumpsters, although the flooring looked new, the bathroom had cracked tile and lots of caulking to cover up holes and misaligned trim pieces. Our TV also did not work. We told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care, just that they will tell maintenance. The bedding was clean, but unfortunately that’s the only positive part of our stay. I hope the renovations underway will improve guest experience going forward, but we will not be back.

Be aware before booking! Prior to booking, i was not made aware of the required $100 security deposit. I was guaranteed that it would be refunded/credited back to my card upon check-out. That was now five (5) days ago, and they have yet to rectify the situation. I have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel without resolution. The deposit was more than the cost of the room rental, and it was nowhere near the amount charged to my card! The hotel is undergoing renovations. Although progress is being made, they still have a way to go. There was a considerable amount of trash strewn around the property. The room was surprisingly clean, however it was not without problems. The toilet ran constantly, the sink faucet was not secure, and the shower curtain would not remain closed due to anchors being pulled from the wall. The interior lightning was insufficient for the space. The window curtain did not adequately block the glaringly bright exterior security light located outside the window.

Rooms do need work still, the tv channels keep going in and out, couldn’t use shower, a lot of things weren’t even plugged in.

This place is a dump. Looks like the scene of a horror movie ir something. It is a motel. All doors open to the outside. The doors to the rooms are all beat up and look like they're 75 years old. It's impossible to find where to check-in. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and the dumpsters were overflowing i would have canceled my reservation upon arrival, had I been able to. I decided to eat rhe cost of the room and stay somewhere else. Did not feel safe at this place and got an uneasy feeling driving up to it and around!

Great for a quick/cheap stay. Very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating, close enough to the city rooms are neat and have basic necessities.
