My husband and I stayed in 10A for our daughter's wedding in Estes Park in early November. It was perfect! The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and easy to use. The fireplace and hot tub are super simple to utilize with instructions listed clearly. The view was stunning; it never gets old to look at! The neighbors are close, but this is a corner unit condo which only allows for one neighbor, so it's not so bad. We hardly saw anyone while there; we were able to keep the blinds open and still felt private while enjoying the view. After driving around the area you will see that everyone has close neighbors, so in comparison, ours felt private enough. The shower in the Master Bedroom was great, never ran out of hot water. Parking was easy. Close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrance. I will defiantly stay here again when I return to the area. I would have had no concerns bringing my 5 & 6 y/o children here as well. Can't wait to do that!

The view is absolutely beautiful from this condo! The living room was comfortable and we used the fire place every night! I would definitely stay again!

The shower pipe in the small bathroom made a terrible noise every time. The blinds and lamps needed dusting. The small bed pillows are wore out and need to be replaced. Overall, it has a nice floor plan and has a great view. We liked that there were no steps. Would stay here again.

The location while wasn’t within walking distance but was east access to the park and downtown Estes. The location is a bit confusing to find the address but just took a few extra minutes. We did have an issue with the code to access the condo but phone was answered very quickly and the individual we spoke to was very nice and responsive. Would stay again. We also saw a herd of elk just outside the condo while enjoying the hot tub which was very cool!!!!!

Great location and Beautiful Views!! We were welcomed with a beautiful full double rainbow! We enjoyed our stay! We were able to enjoy views of the mountains and wildlife. The location was perfect for RMNP. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. No complaints whatsoever! We enjoyed visiting RMNP and Estes Park.

We really loved staying at the condo which has a very good view of the mountains and Mary’s lake from the patio. All the shops can be accessed within 10 mins from this location.

My family and I loved the property. It was comfortable for all of us and well appointed with the essentials to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It was beautifully decorated in the theme of the Rockies.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The place was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub worked well, as did the community pool and hot tub. The property as a whole was quiet and easy to get to and from everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this property.

This condo was very clean and was well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. The kids enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. No grill, but there was enough kitchen supplies to cook on stove. Condo was only 8 minutes to Estes Park where we did several hikes and horseback riding. Also, the management company was very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the door code. Would recommend for families.

We had a great experience at Mount Chiquita 10A. The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed to get settled in. All of the appliances functioned as expected, and the master shower is very nice! The views off of the deck are incredible and even better than what we expected from the pictures. The private hot tub is even a little more private since this is an end unit and you're not surrounded by neighbors on all sides. Getting into the unit at check-in was a breeze with the provided access code. The condo was in a great location just outside of Estes Park. Easy access to RMNP, the scenic byway, and downtown Estes Park. The kids enjoyed going down to Mary's Lake to throw and climb rocks. Our only feedback: There was no handsoap (bar or pump) at any of the sinks at check-in, so we picked some up from Safeway. We arrived the day before Memorial and the website had said the heated pool would be open from Memorial to Labor Day. We called ahead of time to see if it would be open on Memorial Day for sure, and were told pending any crazy weather it would be. When we arrived the pool wasn't open and we were told June 1 it would be open. June 1 came and all that happened was they began to clean it out to get it ready. We felt they could have started the process sooner as we had beautiful weather while we were in town. Better communication would have helped as well. Overall our experience was great and we would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the view and the beautiful property. The hot tub is always a must for us. It’s awesome how the property includes a hot tube. We how the property has everything a home has including all cooking and silverware. We literally don’t have to bring anything because the property has it all. We come twice a year. We always look forward to our trips to Estes Park

The condo was beautiful. Lovely view. Perfect for the four of us. Very clean. Would definitely stay there again. The key code system needs to be fixed, but the condo was great!

The condo was very nice, and great to have easy free parking in the lot outside. There were plenty of towels for both the hot tub and the shower, and they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The cleaning fee is STEEP, but overall, worth it.

Everything perfect for our stay at Estes Park. Unit was clean and very well equipped. Home away from home. Loved hot tub - very clean. Used it every day. Fireplace was great. Quiet with amazing views that were different every day. Could not have asked for better place to stay. Check in and out were both a breeze. You won’t reqret picking this spot for your Estes Park vaca.

Overall wonderful experience staying at this mountain condo. Great mountain views from the deck and hot tub, good lighting throughout the day and good evening bedroom lighting when the sun sets. Clean property that has most everythjng you could need to feel at home during your stay. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Both worked great during our stay and the hot tub was clean. The original access code provided for the condo did not work but the property managers responded quickly with the correct code. Would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

We love staying at Mary’s Lake and this condo was no exception! Beautifully decorated and clean. My husband was impressed that they had spices for guests to use, as in some condos we rent you can’t even find salt! Customer service was great when our door code didn’t work. They answered my text immediately and got us in the condo. We accidentally left a toiletries bag in the condo with our kids’ retainers, glasses, etc and the cleaning crew turned it in and Sky Run shipped it back to us (for a cost, but cheaper than replacing retainers and glasses!) Would definitely recommend!

My family loved this place! The area is well maintained & the condo itself was clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean and ready to go the moment we wanted to use it. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Laundry, fire place, large rooms the list goes on! We will be back for sure!

A very clean & big cabin with the best Mountain Views! The king sized beds & hot tub made it a perfect place for a getaway weekend.

The place was great and true to the pictures. The 10am checkout was a little earlier than most we have stayed at, 11 or 12 would have made us feel not so rushed to get out. Overall a great place

This property is exactly as described and more! Beautiful views, easy access, and the perfect amount of space to have plenty of room yet feel the coziness. Very adequately supplied with everything needed. Check-in for the property and all instructions were simple. We had a couple of inches of snow the last night we were there; but, no issues at all. The snow plow was their first thing in the morning scraping the roadways. Can't wait to visit again!

Great location and beautiful views

The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed the hot tub and views! Appreciated that the snow was shoveled for us. Check in and check out very easy. We would stay here again!

This condo was EXCEPTIONAL! We saw 80-100 elk within 40 feet of our condo the first two days. The view off of the patio couldn’t be any more beautiful… mountains, Mary’s Lake, elk, deer, snow. It snowed around six inches overnight. The SkyRun crew cleaned off our walkway and our car windshields of snow. Hot tub was great! The only thing I might change was the size of the televisions… smallest TVs I’ve ever seen, but they all worked. Great experience! We will come to this unit again!
